Really pleasant staff - especially at the reception. Disappointed I could not regulate the room temperature - it was really hot, no air conditioning, and I had to change rooms before I could open the windows. The staff however were accommodating and changed my room with no fuss

Old furniture, no air conditioning and fixed windows in the room. Difficult to get any fresh air inside. First offered room not having any lights inside. Breakfast room very busy, no place to sit. Not working lifts as an evergreen (two ladies stacked in for 20 minutes). Queuing at reception is a standard not surprise here.

SOFITEL is solid brand I like the best. Novotel Poznan has been significantly modernize and refresh. Also the hotel location is very good. The only minus is that not everywhere I am traveling the SOFITEL brands exist (Podgorica or Skopje).

« Good apart from very slow check in »

Room should be available at 1400, and yet having checked in after a very long queue and paying fir the room in advance , no room was available until 1530 after joining a very long queue yet again. This is the worst check in I have ever encountered. Otherwise the room was fine as was the breakfast .

The hotel was very nice. I liked the Wise café. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit crowded. My room overlooked the main room and it was very noisy making it difficult to sleep. The air-conditioning unit a.lso made a noise even when switched off. There was a long wait for the lifts

« My stay at the renovated Novotel Poznan Centrum »

This time, I got a much better impression of the hotel than the last time I stayed there. After the renovation, the bar area downstairs and the restaurant look much better. The service was also much better than before; in particular the restaurant staff were extremely helpful. However, the restaurant area is small right now and it was incredibly crowded on the three days when I had breakfast there. Another problem is catching the elevator - solemnities you have to wait for like 10 minutes Still, the location is great.

On line checking is not bringing any benefit, everything is checked again during arrival. There is no invoice sent after check out, always necessary to call and ask for copy. Breakfast room is too small, there is not enough spaces at tables, don't like to eat on corridor or at the bar.
