« I found the room lovely and relaxing and the staff helpful and kind - despite the fact that I had to consult frequently. »

I enjoyed a good breakfast but was out most of the day. The dinners in the restaurant were very good, and the staff their able to suggest things I might enjoy (which I did). Overall the hotel was very clean and tidy, much appreciation due to the cleaning staff. The easy use of wi fi was convenient, and I enjoyed the capacity to make myself a cup of tea. I needed to call the hotel directly as I had inadvertently cancelled a reservation I wanted to keep. It was easily sorted out with the minimum of fuss - and this was really the theme of my stay. Well done you all.

I really appreciated the quick check in, the spacy rooms and the places were you can work, versus being just in your room. The only advice I would have is that it was pretty cold in the lobby, probably because of carrousel door and there was a draft but I found another spot to sit where it was better. Also when you have many tourists the breakfast area is very full. Maybe it is an idea to have a reserved breakfast zone for bus travelers? I have seen that in other hotels, a dedicated area for large groups

Hi, As soon as I entered room I switched on the room lights,it doesn't work,although lights in the corridor was working.When I contacted reception,I was told that there is no one to repair the lights,hence they asked me to change the room.I had to again do packing and unpacking which is quite annoying. You should check all these things in advance before Guest arrives in the hotel. Next day in the morning the lift stuck at 8th floor,again some thing you should improve on your infrastructure. In short It was bad experience I had.Sorry to say I won't prefer to be in your hotel again:(

We could not check-in before 15:00 on our arrival day, we needed to come down to the front-desk to receive our complimentary dental-kit around 22:00 in the evening (even though we were already undressed), the housekeeping maid ignored the "do not disturb" on our departure day and understood neither Polish nor English.

It is very hard to get through to the reception from your room, if you need anything. Staff in this hotel put you on hold or simply cut you off if you ring reception from your room. After ringing from the room and I went to reception to check why I am not getting through and discover that the staff took the phone off the hook. Lady with blond hair in the resturtant is very stiff and uptight. This is the only place I have been where cheese platter does not come with cracker/anything to eat with.

The hotel is a combined IBIS and Novotel, which I never have experienced before. Common areas are mutual for both the brands. The room was very comfortable, good size and nicely furbished. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom modern and well planned. Everything very clean and sober. Also the wiew from floor 15 was great. But the isolation was not good. You could hear what the people in the room next door was saying aswell as every noise from the hallway, since the door was not isolated. Also the tram on the street below made more noise than you could imagine (even though the hotel could not do anything about that). The worst thing was really the service. The first day after arrival I came back to my room at 5.15 pm, and the room was still not serviced. The day after that the room had been serviced when I returned in the afternoon, but they had not refilled shower-gel and shampoo. So I went down to reception asking for more. After being away returning to the room more than four hours later there still was no shower-gel and shampoo, so I had to go down to reception and complain. Then I got some more. For me that is not Novotel-standard, and I was really surprised.
