bar staff not very unpolite and unwilling to help or sell. DJ Music was quite to loud to have a conversation, if you are just there for Drinks it is fine otherwiese to loud. Breakfast staff was awesome, especially the waiters and hostesses. Front desk was ok, not outstanding, except check out.

Excellent. You have excellent staff. Courteous and professional. The beds and pillows are fantastically comfortable. And its in a fabulous location. My only gripe would be the aircon in room doesnt really work . It makes noise like it is running but doesnt seem to change the temp.

« Almost perfect »

Room upgraded staff friendly and polite only two small issues and that was when I checked in early hours of the morning the reservation I was told was without breakfast however showing the conformation I had this was soon rectified. The other issue was the work that was going on our floor was a little loud but these things can’t be helped but as I spent two days in the room with a partner who was ill it was somewhat frustrating having said this when I needed to contact a doctor the concerige was so very helpful even calling Legia Warsaw to try and refund the tickets I’d bought for the match. If I visit warsaw again which I’m sure I will the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria will be the place to stay. Kind regards Steven.

The hotel location is amongst the best in Budapest. Very central and great views. But the rooms definitely need an update as they are quite old. Also the breakfast waiting time is not acceptable.

Warm Ana welcoming. It felt like my home from Home just cosier. I would have preferred at least one English speaking film channel. Only one English Channel was offered, that was the news. I don’t necessarily want to continuously watch the world at all times. Otherwise! My stay was fabulous!! You surprised my mum with a cake and a bottle of champagne for her birthday ... she will never forget that magical experience, I love you for that. As such we are thinking of planning her 60th birthday gathering at this very hotel next year for a party of 20. Thank you SO MUCH

OVerall good standard, friendly reception. Service in the restaurant after 10h was fast and tasty. Room was very nice but bath was not clean with long hairs. I had to remove them to take a bath - not nice! Breakfast was complete with a wide enough choice.

Pro: Very attentive staff (Thanks again for the upgrade), well designed superior rooms, great bed (one of the best in my opinion), appealing pool area (although in general I don't like wellness areas in the basement). Con: Breakfast variety is good, but cannot compete with the breakfast at the Hilton Warsaw (especially as Hilton offers an additional buffet for Diamond and Gold members e.g. with local specialities and additional smoothies) In addition: The loyalty program Le Club Accor - from my very personal view - cannot compete with other hotel groups as the customer service is really poor (no or incomplete answers on requests) and they also force you to book directly at their website. So we don't earn points on business stays (as our company travel office always book on the least expensive portal). So in general I avoid booking Accor hotels for business trips and use them mainly for private stays.

Thank you for an amazing stay with Sofitel Victoria, the service was outstanding as well as the facilities. Felt very welcome from the moment I stepped out of the taxi and entered the hotel!
