The staff is very friendly and polite, and deciding every little problem in a seconds.the view is fantastic, the rooms are clean and the food is tasty!The hotel is in the very center of city with plenty public transport just next to it. Would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel!

Hotel accomodation was ruther good, but at first day our room was not clean enough & not warm. Whole night was working noisy conditioner (room 0821). Also, if you positining your hotel like 4HRSstars hotel, please pay attantion on furniture. Breakfast is perfect!, personal is perfect. TV, wifi good. Thank's for accomodation!

The room was lovely clean with a nice view and great location which was the most important for me. Nice selection of hot drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour always helps with a stressful journey. I would highly recommend your hotel.

I was dissatisfied with room number. Each time the card from the room didn’t work. We had to go to the reception and ask for validation. That was very uncomfortable as there were a lot of people in the hotel and we had to wait for the elevator 3-5 min. The next thing is that you gave us a room number with reconstructions on the floor 23. Nobody notify. The smell of paint, the dirt of works - that was irritating Also the manager promised to give a discount for 100 PLN from the first night. Probably forgot. The last thing - you charged me 2 times from my card. Fist - blocked 2179 PLN at 28.12.2018 Second - charge 2169 PLN at 03.01.2019 Why don’t you give back my money?

We had a good time at the hotel. Even with two little children in tow we were very comfortable. Rooms were clean and efficient lay out. We really look for hygiene as our top priority when traveling and Novotel delivered. It’s very nice that you do not charge extra for the children to stay with the parents and children’s lounge near the lobby was a really nice touch.

Receptionist “Daria” -> She gave room next to elevator on her purposed even other better rooms remained. So I requested to change the room and she ridiculed us, and she was very unkind.
