No matter how disappointed I am with the hotel, I always drive back from vacation to write long, detailed and rich information so that other people can use them and choose what suits them best. The situation is such that the post uploaded with the picture of Lamborghini was accidentally uploaded and all I have to claim and detail I will do only after contacting you and decided upon the response you will get back from you after reference to this letter. The main points that made me have a bad experience: 1. I am an asthmatic person and carry with me a 24/7 Ventilator inhaler as soon as I entered the room I felt that the room was not ventilated and there was no air movement even though the air conditioner was on and set to maximum fan and minimum temperature, when I contacted the reception and described my condition and if the thermostat temperature could not be lowered I would like to be provided Fan, I was told that there is no fan since there is a AC and if there is a problem with the AC a technician will fix it. All my stay the problem was not solved and I had to open the window which caused a lot of noise as the hotel is right in the center and all night there were many noises and sometimes high intensity like sirens of emergency vehicles and the like, since I did not sleep more than an hour in a row and woke up many times. my vacation was ruined because all walks in Warsaw I was exhausted, tired and lacking concentration and couldn't enjoy at all, all I wanted was to complete a few hours of sleep. 2. I received 2 room cards to me and my vacation partner. I intentionally left one of the cards in the slot so I could continue to charge the battery bank while taking a short walk around the hotel, which I returned about 3 hours later saw that the card was gone and my battery bank in the last few percent and could not be used for the rest of the day and so I could not navigate in the city without my mobile phone and had to stay In the hotel for another 3 hours so i could charge the battery bank so i not get lost in the city due to my battery mobile phone is empty. What right in the room does private property have to do with ?????? 3. Next to the two beds (in a twin room) there were no sockets so i couldn't rest in bed and while also using my cell phone while charging, it is really annoying while there is also a personal lamp next to each bed so that electricity is already in place. 4. Personally, it seems to me very strange and strange that the 4-star hotel has disposable cups in a position to make hot drinks in the room, as well as a small wooden stick for mixing the coffee / tea was worth spoon. You should have a glass of china and a spoonful of iron. 5. In all 4 star hotels I was in the shower there was always a clear plastic partition to prevent water from coming out and the first time I came across the curtain, the curtain created a very narrow space between it and the wall and I felt that I showered in claustrophobic conditions and had to face not the tap but to the side so as not to touch the curtain, it is very It is uncomfortable and unsuitable for a luxury hotel chain to use such a shower in a curtain. those my main arguments. as I mentioned at the beginning of the letter, at this point postpone posting my opinion on: www.booking.com google maps - reviews Until i receive your response to the letters Sincerely Omer s. room : 1124 dates: 2/9/19 - 4/9/19

The rooms aren’t on the level of a standard 4 stars hotel! The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean either, which for me is more than important. Especially in a hotel which has 4 stars.

Our stay was very pleasant, the facilities were comfortable and clean. It seems that the hotel has undergone remodeling in some areas. Staff was very polite and helpful and they were very accommodating regarding our request for transfers from/to the airport. We were picked up by a very nice and competent driver, Lucas is his name, who gave us great suggestions on restaurants, places to go, etc. in addition to his punctual taxi service.

Stay in your property was good overall but tarnished by a few gaps. Check-in at 6:30 PM took far too long (more than 20 minutes wait as priority counter closed). Mechanism to close the bathroom sink broken - needed to remove it to let water out. Left one dirty teaspoon one morning and found it still there when I came back in the evening. Voice message light kept on flashing during my stay but could not get access to voice messages - when asking hotel operator was told that something was wrong with telephony and that I needed to unplug the phone to turn flashing light off which I did. Other than that things were fine. Staff friendly and helpful when needed. Unsure regarding room upgrade as no mentions during chek-in; assumed I was upgraded for this questionnaire.

I've been in Novotel for the second time and everything was perfect: they followed my requests about room, everything was clean, breakfast was delicious and very wide as usual. But there is a little point. The second morning for breakfast, without any reason, they redirected me to underground hall, where there weren't any windows and breakfasts was more little than before.
