« Was really shocked by the maid's behavior »

I like the hotel because of convenient location, great view from the windows and cozy rooms, and I'm the frequent guest here. I understand that this is not easy to manage the big hotel with a huge amount of guests but I see that the staff is doing the best to take care of. But.. The main problem of the hotel are room maids. Every time I was here I met rudeness and unprofessional attitude. It's absolite normal for them to open the doors even if the sign 'don't disturb' is on - without any knocking. This time I was absolutely shocked by the behavior of maid, her name was Rita. I lived in room 2325 on 23th floor. As a Gold member I had the room till 5 pm as agreed with the staff on the reception, so I left all my personal belongins in the rooms as planned to pack later, before departure. But for unknown reasons she decided to prepare the room for the new guests by 12.00, so when we came all my personal belongings were in mess in one place, what is the most upleasant - my medicines I prepared to take at noon disappeared. For me as as diabetic it is critical. When I told her that she is not right - I heard only 'I do what I want. I have to prepare the room' and some swear words in Russian. No excuses at all. I reported the problem to the reception but also withou any excuse from their side. Why do the maids don't understand that there is no need to take personal items of guests, that we have some right to privacy and its not possible to open the door when the sign in on? Althought current situation was the most complicated (I spent some time in the hospital after this) the problem with opening the door is regular. I will still stay in the hotel in the future but hope that the management policy regarding maids will change in the future. Thank you!

Lovely executive room with city views on the 29th floor. It is a shame that there is now a trend to remove the Bath and replace with a shower only when rooms are refurbished. Hot food at breakfast was barely warm. Hotel car parking expensive.

My overall experience with this hotel was great. I like its central location, the cleanliness of the room and the kids play area in the lobby. The only negative point would be the reception staff attitude during my stay (4 days). Two of them were rude and not helpful. The person at check-in was very welcoming along with the porter man, so I believe it is only a few staffs showing bad attitudes because of excess work or discrimination against some clients. Overall, I will return as the hotel offer the best experience for our family except for the little incidences, which had nothing to do with the hotel management or the hotel culture but individual mistreatments.

Everything was fine as always. Staff were friendly, had a smile and were polite. However, on Wednesday evening (3am). I needed some food so used the vending machine. I put in selection then money and nothing happened so I asked for help. The receptionist (Patrik) said he could not help as it was an external provider. I asked if he could double check as I could not read the display (as in Polish) . He said he did not have time for this! I asked he just check and very reluctantly he did. It was a simple case of putting code in after money not the other way round( which is the case in England). I did say it was a shame he was not like all other staff and was not their to assist. At which time he became quite rude and noculant saying again he did not have time to discuss. I was very disappointed. When I asked to speak with the manager he said he was and no one could discuss it either until the morning. So I called the office and spoke with a girl who came out and when I explained she apologised and said I should send an email. So here it is
