It was ok. Staff were nice. Lifts were very slow. Also I put the note on the door not to clean my bedroom but I still expected the bins to be emptied (as it says on the sign to save water) but they weren’t. Not good.

All of the staff were kind, courteous. They were very respectful of all the guests, especially since there were so many of us at the Hotel. Our family were international delegates for the 2019 Jehovah’s Witness convention. The rooms were very neat, very clean. One minor issue we had the first two nights: the speaker system has this crackling noise. Sounds like making popcorn, but it is constant. Fortunately it stopped before we had to fall asleep. Breakfast was very delicious. All the waiters, chefs, managers work very quickly and are very hard workers. When we first booked the room, management helped us with the issue we had of not getting the free breakfast tied to our reservation. Management was very quick, respectful to solve our issue. When we come back to visit the friends that we made in Poland, Novotel Centrum will be our first pick. Thank you very much!

The staf at the reception was great! they were very serviceable and helpful, and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms was also great, decorated and well equiped, but they forgot the make up the room and clean twice during our stay. two times no one enter the room to clean it, and we had to call the reception and ask them to send someone. other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definetly return to this hotel in our next vist (this was already our second timew in the hotel...).

I reserved two separated night at Novotel, but the front desk clerk cannot find out my second stay document. When I showed my reserved paper, the clerk confirmed my reservation without any apology. On my second stay at Novotel, the front desk clerk told me no room available now and suggested to re-check in after one hour. When I came back after two hours at noon, the front desk clerk said to wait for another 2-hours for available room. We complained why not to inform us earlier on the first check-in, but the front desk clerk gave us a cold poker face without any apology at all. On my leaving date, I booked one taxi to airport via reception phone call. After checking out, the front desk clerk said there is no record of my taxi booking and ask me to go to the street calling any taxi. When I complained this no service is not appropriated, the frond desk clerk replied that you want a taxi then go out or not need a taxi. Then a driver came out said he is cooperated with Novotel and show me a table of delivery charge to airport with 80 polish cash. Unfortunately, my friend told me they only spend 40-50 polish cash by reserved taxi from Novotel to airport!! What an unhappy experiences at Novotel!!

« old fashioned hotel, not worth the price »

stayed for 3 nights, 2 nights were in a really disgusting, stinky and old fashioned room (1525), second night was even worse as I spotted a massive spider in my room, called reception, they came round with a brush trying to find it but no luck, when I asked for a different room I was told that the hotel was fully booked, I was moved to a different room for 1 night. The room I was given this time was renovated and actually quite nice. Not sure why guests get to stay in those disgusting rooms even though they pay the same price. Very disappointed, I'll never stay in this hotel again. There are more hotels that are so much better and CHEAPER! Another very disappointing experience was Jehova's Weitnesses everywhere who just took over the whole hotel, trying to approach guests... no tables available for breakfast, if there were then they were dirty and not ready.

I decided to rate with 8 because of two things: I missed in the room slippers and the second the breakfast was too expensive, so we decided to eat breakfast outside. Beside this, the towels were sometimes changed even I left them not to be changed (which is not a bad thing, but according to environment, it is not necessary to change towels as that was not need for it). All other things were OK. In the following pages, there is a question related to Le Club AccorHotels member - I am not a member, so my answer is not relevant - beside this, add as possible answer "not a member", because the answer is obligatory.

The hotel is big, and therefore very busy and the lobby a like noisy. The room was very comfortable and clean with a nice view. Even if the hotel and the room was a non smoking one, the room was smelling ... not very pleasant for me.

Via the AccorHotels App I did my reservation for 3 nights in a double superior room. To be sure that I won’t have an overbooking as last time, i did my online check-in. As mentionned in my booking, I arrived at 22:15 at the Hotel. I did my fast check-in and paid for my stay. Suprise: once I join my room and opened the door, it was a single standard room for people with handicap. I directly got back to the Lobby. The person who attended me NEVER mentionned during the check-in and the payment there was no Superior room’available. She wasn’t there and a guy promised me to 1/change my room for night 2 and 3 and 2/upgrade me to an Executive room as a compensation for the night 1. I was moved to a Superior room but I never ant compesation for night 1. I deeply regret the lack of honesty of the girl who attended me during the check-in and NEVER mentionned the fact there was no Superior room available. The point is: this was this issue but it follows my last experience with this Hote: overbooking. No room available.

« ANOTHER GOOD STAY IN WARSAW'S NOVOTEL CENTRUM »

Another pleasant experience in the Novotel Centrum. Very comfortable room on the 23rd floor, with great view over the city, including the Palace of Science and Culture. Very comfortable bed. Only quibble is that there could have been a bit more storage space. As always, all the staff friendly and helpful. I had problems with the room safe, caused by my ineptitude. Both times issues resolved very quickly, and quite late at night.

I am Shvakherman Alexander, i ordered 2 rooms (HJMDLLHS & HGSDMBST) from 01-07/08/19.Upon arrival at the hotel, I found out that one of the rooms was canceled by the system (according to Patrick, who introduced himself as the administrator), despite the fact that the day before arrival I checkupon arrival at the hotel, I found out that one of the rooms was canceled by the system (according to Patrick, who introduced himself as the manager), despite the fact that the day before arrival I checked in. When asked to update the order, Patrick demanded a price much higher than I bookeded in. When asked to contact the authorities to solve the problem, Patrick was also rude and mocking and threaten that in this case of my disagreement - the second room may suddenly not appear at all by his choice... We are customers of accor hotels for a long time and for a tourists in a brand new country- it was a surprise. Why does our kids need to hear this kind of person talks to us in such a mockery attitude? We felt disrespectful. Its important to mention that we begged in front of patrick so we wouldn't find ourself at 11 pm on the streets without a roof, it kept begin bad as patrick didn't even mention when does the breakfast starts or ends or in which floor is it. I extremely hope so that his treatment and humiliation is not because of the israeli passport that we introduced in front of him, i'm determined for an explanation from the network management for his treatment. In addition, who will give me back my money for aggravation? Also, before we arrived to poland- we ordered a transport from the hotel and when we checked this order- it seemed that the order was not even existent in the system so we had to extra money for other taxi...

When I entered my room, I saw it was an old school small room, while I booked an executive room. I was told there are over-bookings, so I cannot get a room I booked. My options were either to go to a different room (at 23:00) or get a price difference refund. Given the time I chose the refund. I was told the refund will be fixed the next day, which did not happen. Then I sent an email asking whether this can be fixed. I got the refund eventually, but not even an email back to say it’s fixed or so. Really not professional from a hotel that aims to be a place to be for business travelers. How can you overbook rooms? Very sad
