It's a great hotel, still under the upgrade which is worth to mention. The staff is very friendly. I found my room bigger than usual for that price in Warsaw and- which is also important- far more comfortable. Very strong 4-starts hotel. Also Winestone restaurant worth to mention because of friendly service, good vine and food.

I love this place. That's great hotel which offers strong 4-stars accommodation for a reasonable price. Rooms are great, big, comfortable and as I heard- hotel starts with renovations. So luxury stay, great service, Winestone restaurant- even if everywhere there is plenty of bars, restaurants outside- worth to recommend mainly because of the service, taste of the dishes and vines.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and I got to practice my Polish language skills on the staff. :-). My only complaint is the air conditioning. It’s a problem all over Poland. The room was comfortable and the temperature could be set to stay cool, but everywhere else in the hotel I was sweating and uncomfortable. The restaurant needs better air conditioning. Poland’s heat is intensified by humidity so good air conditioning is a must.

We were a little dissapointed when we returned to our room after attending a wedding at the Boathouse at 03.40. It had mot been made up even though we had put the 'please clean the room card on the door at 15.10 when we left for the wedding ' I then had to go to reception and ask for towels,water,tea and coffee. The young lady behind reception was very surprised and quizzed me regarding the door card. She then said she would send my request up to the room but no real apology. When we settled our account we explained to the receptionist what had happened so she apologised and offered us a drink. .we were leaving at 03.30 the following morning and really did not understan why we could not have our bill adjusted.

« The check in and the reception experience was unpleasant »

The check in and all the communication with the reception was inconvenient. I had the feeling that they didn't know what to do and I was disturbing them, the only positive thing was the late check out. Despite of this the cleaning staff and the F&B staff were very polite and friendly, we had great time in the restaurant. The food and the service was really good.
