the house kipping didn't made the room on both days that they should do dates. in first day I asked the reception for towels. in second day we didn't have toilet paper, clean, towels, and she room was a mess code they didn't clean or made it for 2 days. it was late at night when we're come back so we're didn't want any more distractions. over all we pay for a hotel and didn't got a hotel service as we pay for.

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Your comments were immediately forwarded to the housekeeping department to check the situation. The cleaning reports show that on 10.08.2019 the room was cleaned. On 11.08.2019 I have information that a "Do not disturb" card hung on the door. Cleaning ladies seeing this card have no right to enter the room. I am very sorry that your request to provide towels has not been fulfilled. Entering the ROOM, the airco was on and I couldn't change the settings. I asked for another room, but a service person was send. He was there pretty fast, and could resolve the problem.

it was my daughter's birthday and the p.r. said he would send something to the room. But he didn't keep his word. The safe luck didn't work and also the tiny lamp near the bed. It didn't bother me so I ignored it.

Hotel itself is great and location greater. Unfortunately customers profile is not suitable for business travellers. Really big "bus turist groups" stucked first reception services, then buffet breakfast etc. In this hotel luckily elevator capacity can handle all unlike it happen Novotel Warsaw hotel. During the first night, my friend suffered a convulsion at 6am on the Friday morning. I have never seen him like this before, he was not drunk and does not take any drugs/medication, in a panic I went to reception to ask for help and I have to make special mention of your receptionist Weronika (short-ish lady, dyed blonde hair) who was absolutely superb. In short, after two guys came to the room and saw my friend was in a bad state, an ambulance was called and my friend taken to hospital for checks, gladly he was released within a few hours. However, Weronika did not only cared about my friend, once he was taken by ambulance, Weronika asked how I was feeling, if I needed some assistance, she even offered to make me some tea. It may sound simple, but this really meant a lot to me and was very much appreciated. I made sure to see her the next evening and to bring my friend with me who also thanked her for quick thinking and care. Aside this, it was a great stay in the hotel, my second time and I will be back in the future, hopefully more calm the next time.

hotel looks very good and the lobby area is very nice. good spa & gym. location is wonderful just across zlote mall and 25-30 min. walk to old city. room is clean but furniture is pretty old. also bathtub is old and the bath was greasy all the time. the hotel cost us about 50 euro per night so i think we got very good value to our money. i will not mind coming back to this hotel

There were things I liked a lot about my stay— the breakfast was tasty, and the ambiance was great. But: 1. Our rooms window faced a really noisy lobby, where we could hear loud music playing until 10pm or later. And since the window faced an indoor area, it didn’t provide much fresh air or sunlight 2. The shower looked fancy, but wasn’t very practical. The side was SUPER high, which made the shower difficult to get into. And the curtain didn’t cover the whole side, so water constantly got all over the floor. 3. Our towel heater didn’t work at all. 4. The key cards deactivated super easily— I had to request a new one almost every day.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A rich and excellent breakfast. In particular, we enjoyed the honey dripping from the huge honeycomb and enjoyed the option of squeezing fresh fruit juices. The staff was attentive and helpful. Improvement in mattresses and head pillows in the room is needed. The location of the hotel is ideal.

We booked our stay to co-incide with an organised tour. The reception at the hotel handled our stay extremley well so that we did not have to change rooms. The room was clean and very well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Even though I have specifically asked for a room with bath tub (when I reserved 3 months in advance), it turned out there were no rooms with bath tub in premium category. It would have been better if the hotel has informed us in advance about this situation over email. The reception lady helping us was kind and tried to arrange an alternative by letting me choose standard room with bath tub. In the end I paid for Premium category room for the bit old standard room. The hotel housekeeping staff and all other facilities are good and I am satisfied by it.

Thank you for looking after me when I stayed in your hotel. Room was clean and check-in went well (online and collecting key from reception). Deposit box in room wasn't working and with number of request to help this have not been dealt with till I check out. No wifi password provided or explanation how to use it. Staff was more focus to offer paid services.
