Nice hotel, good breakfast and restaurant with very tasty food in-house. Slightly noisy with the traffic outside, but definitely on the ok side. I can recommend it. I stayed for business.

I am very disappointed. the front desk staff gave me the wrong room type for TWO TIMES ! I have booked a DOUBLE BED room but i got twin bedroom for two times. Means front desk staff had made two times mistakes. in the end, when i checked out from the hotel, the hotel had OVER charged me PLN151.20 You may refer to booking reference : HJQDDXSP and invoice no: 124600/H3393 please refund PLN151.20 to my credit card AT YOUR EARLIEST.

The experience is always the same - top notch from the very beginning until the check out! All expectations are met, always. Doesn't matter if I travel alone or with my family - everyone is always stunned with the stay in Mercure Poznan! I can only say that the biggest difference to other hotels is the staff which is always on top of all the things that matter most. Be it a special request to decorate the room for my son or some extra time during check out - nothing seems to be impossible for them! Last but not least - big thanks to Mrs Stefania and Wioletta - they make the experience even better, from stay to stay!

Dear Mr. Jeff, we are sorry that your stay in our apartment was definitely not to your liking because of the shower flaw. First of all, please accept our sincere apologies. Our Front Office did their best to solve the issue. The technician was send by the FO to investigate the problem. As he reported to the FO that the issue is not fixable during your stay, it seemed to be the only solution to offer you a different room. However, it was possible to do so regarding your second night, as for the first the hotel was fully booked. We really much hope that you have not take the receptionist's suggestion to take a bath instead having a shower as an insult. It could be the lack of communication skills, but the suggestion was in the nature of empathy and knowledge that in situation were the shower is broken at least there is a comfortable bathtub with a movable shower head. Once again we would like to kindly ask you to accept our most sincere apologies. It would be a great honor for us if you will decide to give us a second chance and an opportunity to regain your trust. If so, please be so kind and contact with us directly so we will be able to create from the very beginning till the end a unique hotel experience to present our absolute best. I stayed at the Hotel Mercure Poznan Centrum for a very demanding business trip with long working hours. Thanks to the amazing interior design and the beautiful lightening in the room, it was easy to relax and recover, and have a feel of a wellness stay. In addition to the design of the rooms, I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with enough coffee machines to avoid queues, fresh juices, and the waffle baker and crepes.

I was happy with most things - apart from the bathroom products. These are larger than single use so if I had opened them, the rest would have had to be binned. A waste of the product plus lots of plastic waste. I also found no general instructions or room service menu in my room.

Honestly, since I joined the Accorhotels programme I have stayed in many various hotels all over the world. But I have to genuinely admit this hotel is one of the very best I have ever been to, a creme de la creme hotel. Although I'm normally critical of any hotel's lack of good service, I can definitel say everything was perfect here. The politeness of every staff member, the cleanliness of the room, the check-in and -out experience was all immaculately good. I would really recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Poznan. Most Accor group hotels should send their representatives to Poznan, to observe and learn how a perfect hotel should be run. A huge thank-you!!!!!!

« Great breakfast, nice room, convenient location close to the main train station. »

We enjoyed the great breakfast with a large selection variety, a self-serving waffle iron, ice cream and honey from (and including) real honeycombs. The room was spacious, nicely equipped and decorated, with a very well and modernly equipped bathroom with well functioning facilities. It provided an enjoyable view from the 7th floor. The guest-of-the-day pastries were yummy. AirCon was easy to adjust and luckily its blowers were located in a way that they could not directly hit the bed, thus not hitting one by a cold-catching freezer breeze, but conveniently cooling the room as a whole. The only two drawbacks: Despite the spacious room there was no obvious place where to store/place suitcases at table height in order to open them -- for a short stay necessary, since in that case guests do not wish to unpack a suitcase. It would be sufficient to provide a foldaway table for this. During our stay undfortunately the WLAN broke down for a day and could not be recovered until the next morning.

I usually take 3 things into consideration when looking for a hotel. Sleep quality, work environment and confort. Mercure hotels are usually quite good at it. However the Mercure Poznan Centrum scored poorly this time on the work environment as wifi did not work for 3 days. That is a shame
