I only had the problem of paying my room rent through credit card, I gave one of my credit cards for payment which was declined due to unknown reason I presented another one which was declined too. But the I had that I wanted to pay cash which was also refused to receive explaining that cash payment is not allow by the authorities. It was such an embarrassment in front of my customer. Finally my customer payed the room rent by his credit card. My concern is that if my Polish customer would have not been with me how I may have payed the room rent and what would had happened with me. Please be informed that I am A Club Member of Accer Hotels.

« Apart from some problems it was an enjoyable stay. »

The phone did not work. Some of the things we asked for were not carried out . For example we asked for the 2 beds to be fastened. The maid did not give us any toilet rolls one day and even after telling reception they were not supplied. We asked for extra towels for the swimming pool and again we had to ask several times. I was told about the 10 % discount at our first evening meal in the hotel.

Room aircondition wasñ't working whilst room temp van around 30 degrees. Complained at reception twice, no action. Got a fan for the night as no other room available. After a bad warm night breakfast was a disaster. Too crowded, no tables, too small room, took breakfast whilst walking. People felt lost. Left for business calls. Returned at 3 pm, air conditioning still not fixed, 28 degrees in the room. Reception reported to be fixed the next morning, my departure day... unacceptable to price and hotel standard. Complained I will cancel night and now got access to another room. That worked and breakfast was in a much larger room next day.

Food was wery good. Your reseptionist did never get back to me regarding upgrade to previledge room. Lots og noice from the city streets.

« Functional hotel but not worth paying extra for sea view room. Not recommended in summer months as no air-con. »

+ nice breakfast served from 6:30am + comfortable bed + bicycles allowed in rooms - not a great wi-fi - bathroom didn't have a vent and had a musty smell - air-con not working (blowing room temperature air, not cooled) - problematic during hot days as opening windows is not an option due to outside noise - there is no point paying extra for a sea view room - the view is rather average with a busy road and kids play area, sea on the horizon and not on the west side so you can't sea the sunset - expensive parking (paid extra on departure)

We had a great time at the hotel. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and were well looked after throughout our stay. A late check out also allowed us to profit from the great weather and spend our last day on the beach. Great food and service in the restaurant also.

Check in was completed efficiently. Reception staff and the. gentleman on duty in the breakfast room were polite and formal. My bedroom and bathroom on the 11th floor were clean and serviced daily. However, there appeared to be cleaning, renovation or improvement work ongoing on this floor with doors open and so the approach to my room was not always very appealing. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of hot and cold items. I ate twice in the Winestone restaurant and was very pleased with the quality and price of my meals.

« Location, location, location! »

This hotel has a perfect location in the middle of Gdynia-Gdingen. Sauna was as warm as it is supposed to be. From the breakfast there is a nice view to the park, which surrounds the hotel from two sides. Beach is just 5 min. walk away. This hotel is absolutely the best, if you want to enjoy the beach, the city or the harbour.

« Nice room but far too hot »

Check in nice and easy, love wine bar and bathroom but didn't like the fact the room was very hot even with AC on (2nd night we discovered AC wasnt working) Let down was also fact that after check out, I recieved a call saying that I need to come back as the bar charges just been added. I travel a lot and never had that issue so maybe you should look at improving your system.

We booked family room for 5 for 3 nights. I am Very disappointing. There was no fridge in the room, no safe, no door in the wardrobes and cupboards. Although staff was informed that it will be 5 people staying in the room towels and duvet were missing. Cleaners even didn’t wash the cups. I have been staying in this hotel for over 10 years and it was the worst experience I ever had.
