Good service and facilities, but the bed could be improved. I am staying at the hotel weekly and I am member in Accor Hotels, but the registration of stayed nights has totaly stopped up. I have now stayed for clos to 60 nights, but only 28 are registrated.

Everything was really nice and 100% perfect. The only thing really not enjoyable was the lift situation. Staying on the 1st floor and waiting for 20 min to get to the ground floor. Not much fun, a stair case which can be used would be really good

A very nice and modernized hotel. Very good located; close to the beach, the city-centre and tourist attractions. Friendly and service-oriented staff. Good WiFi / internet connection. I certainly can recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

« fantastic, as always »

we are regular guests staying in Mercure Gdynia 2-3 per year. The service is really good, rivalling ones in 5* hotels. there are some things that require improvements - for example the sofa is family suite is really uncomfortable to sleep on due to unsuitable bedding (leather sofas require fitted sheets otherwise everything just falls off:) - but overall experience is really good

After my 1st of 15 night stay, I took the time and wrote a letter of complaint to the hotel via the email address on the website. No response was received. I was advised to check the hotel directory in my room. Neither of the rooms i stayed in had a hotel directory.

We really enjoyed our short stay with you. We loved the views of the Marina from our 10th floor Privilege room. The room was very well appointed and everything worked as it should. The bed/mattress was a bit 'springy' and would have benmefited from a thicker mattress cover. Breakfast was fine - perhaps the addition of some soft furnishings and/or soundproofing would help diminish the noise in the breakfast room. All the staff we met were poite and helpful. We will definitely come back and stay with you the next time we visit Gdynia.

We had a room on the top floor with a Baltic sea view. That's already a great plus :) Service provided by the hotel was just right, there was a wide variety of food for breakfast. Can't really mention any problems during our stay.

I only had the problem of paying my room rent through credit card, I gave one of my credit cards for payment which was declined due to unknown reason I presented another one which was declined too. But the I had that I wanted to pay cash which was also refused to receive explaining that cash payment is not allow by the authorities. It was such an embarrassment in front of my customer. Finally my customer payed the room rent by his credit card. My concern is that if my Polish customer would have not been with me how I may have payed the room rent and what would had happened with me. Please be informed that I am A Club Member of Accer Hotels.

« Apart from some problems it was an enjoyable stay. »

The phone did not work. Some of the things we asked for were not carried out . For example we asked for the 2 beds to be fastened. The maid did not give us any toilet rolls one day and even after telling reception they were not supplied. We asked for extra towels for the swimming pool and again we had to ask several times. I was told about the 10 % discount at our first evening meal in the hotel.

Room aircondition wasñ't working whilst room temp van around 30 degrees. Complained at reception twice, no action. Got a fan for the night as no other room available. After a bad warm night breakfast was a disaster. Too crowded, no tables, too small room, took breakfast whilst walking. People felt lost. Left for business calls. Returned at 3 pm, air conditioning still not fixed, 28 degrees in the room. Reception reported to be fixed the next morning, my departure day... unacceptable to price and hotel standard. Complained I will cancel night and now got access to another room. That worked and breakfast was in a much larger room next day.
