« Bit outdated, but clean and comfy »

A bit outdated but clean and comfy room. New water and coffee set every day is a big plus. Very nice wellness area. Very nice and very helpful stuff. Fairly good restaurant with limited variety but nice service and reasonable prices. Breakfast average, a bit better on the days when there are more guest. Overall good value for money.

It is a very nice hotel, conveniently located close to the center of Karpacz. The staff are nice enough and the food is good. The only thing is that the hotel is is need of renovation. As Platinum Accor member I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated but the decor dates back many years.

« My stay at Mercure Karpacz Kasprowy »

This is a nice hotel, located in the heart of Karpacz. The room was nice and I was upgraded to a suite because of my platinum status. Breakfasts were also great with a lot of choices. Unfortunately, the staff on the day of my departure was very unhelpful. I requested late check out and was told with a sneer that this is not possible even though suites were available on that day. I really think that AccorClub members with platinum status should be given more consideration.

I booked a room for my friends, during booking process you asked me for my credit card and i got message that reservation was confirmed so i was sure the payment was done. Nowhere in the email was written that i will have to pay at the hotel in cash. My friend didn't know about that, so he arrived at the hotel but couldn't pay. I tried to call the hotel several times to explain and pay with my card but noone answers the phone in your miserable hostel. Thank you.

Being a platinum member i understand no availability of an upgrade or no bath only a shower, but in my booking was access to the pool and Jacuzzi yet there were no gowns nor slippers in the room. The room was quite undated and the tv picture was very poor. We only had one pillow per bed and had to ask the cleaning lady to please provide us with more. The beds had spring mattresses which were uncomfortable. The bathroom had pubic hairs on the floor which were not from us as we noticed them on arrival. One very important point i would like to make is that it was very snowy and icy outside and the first day we found it very dangerous to walk from the hotel even to the carpark without almost falling as the walkways were not kept clear and there was no grit nor salt sprinkled anywhere. In the car park our feet disappeared in the piles of snow trying to get into our car and it was quite a mission to get out of the parking lot. This is not what one would expect from an Accor Hotel.

Check in staff could only speak Polish, no German or English. Made a mess with checking in, gave us 2 rooms when my reservation was for 3 ! Staff generally unfriendly, no smiles !Loud music and voices at night by the pool kept us awake until after midnight.Room was ok but nothing special. Housekeeping staff smiled !

Check in was a disaster as receptionist neither understand English or German. Checked us in for 2 rooms when we had 3. Requested a connecting room on check-in but obviously didn't understand as we didn't get one. Only smiling staff were housekeeping personnel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Then got an email from Booking.com saying that I was a no-show !

« Nice stay in good location »

Good breakfast however you can encounter empty plates or juice dispenser. Nice & helpful reception, SPA & room service staff, a little bit worse at the bar - waiting for a drink for around 50 min (!) & even no apologize from bartender. Overall good stay if you go for hiking :)

I,ve been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. It used to be one of the best hotels in Karpacz, now, it's probably the worse. Bed, mattress, pillows and food are a disaster. The Only good thing are the front desk Staff. Very polite and helpfull. However, the waitresses, they don't even speak Polish. the food was messy, and the coffee machine wasn't working for 2 weeks, it was replaced by a small machine, which kept overspilling the milk.
