Thsi was the third or fourth time I´ve stayed at Times Square, I usually pick there because of the price, lower than most of the other Mercures around. As usual the hotel was nice and clean, it is pretty much new, probably two years old at most. Rooms and bed are excellent. Staff is courteous and smart.

« Good hotel in a good location »

The hotel is good, the room is large and the accommodation is very cozy. There is no pillow menu (not even on the king suite). The continental breakfast is fresh and tasty. The room maids talk on the hallway and sometimes you can hear it. The Wi-Fi connection is not the best, but it is included.

« Overpromised and Under-delivered »

I booked this hotel based on the premises of free airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast. Instead after booking and contacting the hotel I find that shuttles are only offered on weekdays (which doesn't make sense as most travelers depart/arrive on weekends) and that breakfast is designated to check out day rather than check in day. The woman at the desk was unwilling to make exceptions even though I would be checking in and out on the same day and therefore would only have access to the breakfast that day. In addition, my card was charged at check in and again at check out. I would not recommend.

thank you for making me feel good & safe. would have preferred my bed lien to be changed after 3 days as i stayed over 5 nights & fresh lien on the beds help sleep specially when your from different time zones.

Worst Internet service, never couldn't connect smartphone, ippad and laptop, even calling for support. Nos good Workind Desk with power connector, had to work on kitchen table, Bad Shower, leaking all over the floor Room 504.

I expected more from the hotel based on my last stay at Adagio that is next door. The loby usually has no A/C running and it is small. Room is sparse. Bed was hard. Not very well insulated against sound. Had an issue with the laundry service which hotel took care of for me so I don't fault the hotel, was very pleased with the resolution. No coffee makers in rooms, which is odd. And no wash cloths? Only towels available and people did not know what a wash cloth was.

Every year I participate on Intermodal fair and stay in your hotel. Believe this was the 5th time in a row. This year I requested you an iron and you took me 2 old irons and the water was leaking. Then I decided to request you to wash and press 5 shirts, being 3 express service & 1 urgent service to be delivered in the same day prior 6pm. Well, you delayed 2 days to deliver my shirts after I pushed you a lot, and for my surprise you LOST 1 shirt and caused me a lot of inconveniences. This problem was not solved yet and I remain waiting for the reimbursement. For sure I will change the hotel for next times I stay in São Paulo.

Hi, I travel every month to SP and I always stay in this hotel. It seems that I was lucky on my prior visits and i stayed in pretty new rooms. This time was totally different. I was originally put in one room that i asked to be changed. Old and Ugly. they changed to another one, better than the prior one but we significant lack of maintenance including broken floor and air conditioning

The cleanliness and quality of the room was very poor for the Mercure brand. Carpet had stains, walls were cracked and mold in shower. I will never stay at this location again and no longer trust your brand.

« Very confortable hotel. »

Really nice staff and good breakfast. The transfer car from the hotel was not able to pick me up and drive me to work on the needed hours, but luckly the driver from Mercure Nova Olimpia could do this huge service for me. So, I am ver happy with Mercure services and really pleased with Mr. Cicero from the Mercure Nova Olimpia.
