The cleaning of the toilet was not satisfactory, the bath tube was plugged. During the breakfast the meal for my son of 5 y.o. was not offered, even after I've asked the bar tender. Complaining done during the checkout.

Excellent hote. Outstanding service. Great location. The early check in is a good addition to this hotel. Lunch and dinner are well prepared and with many available choices. Difficult to think about anything wrong this time.

An old hotel that needs to be renovated. The carpets are fading. And an unpleasant smell rises from the corridors. The walls of the room need a new painting. The toilet is unclean. Even the table in the room with broken leg and can not be used. Compared to other places in italy breakfast is symbolic and expensive, Dinner was also not expected from a 4-star hotel. The only bright spot is the comfortable bed We were in several Novotel hotels this is not a Novotel-class.

« Close to Airport without the noise »

Ok hotel, good size of room, with nice restaurant as well as a pool area. AC/DC is noisy compare to the 3star Ibis hotel I stayed in night before, I know it is a comment issue, but it isn’t easy to sleep with a noisy air-conditioning and to hot in the morning when I have to shut it off. Small TV screen.

A pleasant overnight stay due to a late arrival into Milan. Nice breakfast. The only negative is the weird bathroom set up with the shower. There is no proper shower - only a hand held hose with a shower rose at half body height in a bath so the bathroom floor got completely flooded - as I said - very weird! Why not a proper shower in the bathroom?

« Very helpful staff, great value hotel with quiet rooms »

Our stay was very good at Novotel Malpensa. The rooms were very well soundproofed which was fantastic considering we needed a great sleep after a lengthy flight from Australia. Staff were very helpful in all areas of the hotel. Great value and we will definitely stay again at this hotel.

The toilet seat in the room was unclean. The room looked as though it wasn't cleaned - eg. the laundry plastic bag was not in a folded state The carpeted floor needed cleaning

« BAD EXPERIENCE »

Dear Sirs, Thank you for sending me the invoice regarding my stay in your hotel. I have sent my booking reference again attached. I had dinner in your hotel with my friend, and it was a disaster!! We had burgers : bread was not grilled, no tomatoes, no pickels, we asked for chips we got crisps... The buffets (vegetables + fruit) were VERY POOR, please see photos attached, how can you serve a vegetable buffet with 4 kinds of salads, and ONLY corn, small tomatoes, and carrots? Fruit buffet with small flies!! We made a fuss with my friend, we got a 20% discount on the dinner and we were offered a drink at the end of the meal. How can you offer such a BAD and POOR DINNER in a 4 Stars Hotel??? I have never eaten SO BAD in a Novotel Hotel!!! The waitress and waiter (Ismaël) were very kind and friendly with us, nothing to say about service, very good !! In Novotel hotels when you leave you are usually asked if it was ok, in this case : NOTHING !! Your employees seemed not to care about us !! Please forward this email to your direction! Regards

really enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel. the food and bar was excellent, and overall value very high. our only problem was that our room was unbearably hot so unfortunately no one was able to sleep.

« Great hotel for a quick stop over »

The waiter/bar manager was phenomenal!!! The food at the restaurant was very delicious!! Although we ran into a few problems with our room, the front desk staff was quick to help resolve and gave us coupons for the shuttle to the airport. Would most definitely stay again!!
