« great location and value for MXP, just need better air handling »

really enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel. the food and bar was excellent, and overall value very high. our only problem was that our room was unbearably hot so unfortunately no one was able to sleep.

« Great hotel for a quick stop over »

The waiter/bar manager was phenomenal!!! The food at the restaurant was very delicious!! Although we ran into a few problems with our room, the front desk staff was quick to help resolve and gave us coupons for the shuttle to the airport. Would most definitely stay again!!

Overall it was a nice clean hotel with good breakfast options. The only minor was a lot of water seeped out between the bottom of the shower door and the base of the shower. This ended up creating a rather large puddle in the bathroom that had to be soaked up with towels.

After a bad start with a very late airport shuttle on arrival , the hotel made up for it by comping that ride and explaining that there had been an accident on the highway. The next morning’s shuttle ride was also comped, and that trip was quick and painless.

« unexpectedly bad restaurant at Novotel Malpensa »

i stayed in this hotel last week for 1 night while passing thru milan.. I have stayed in many Novotel hotels around the world and never found such horrible restaurant ever.. Normally Novotel is famous for outstanding restaurant with different kind of dishes for Lunch and Dinner.. I spent 45 Euro for a dinner meal and i found that to be horrible.. I ordered a Grilled salmon with mashed Potato and spinach... and i received grilled Salmon with just Boiled Potato in big pcs.. i had to smash it and mix with Butter to make it eatable.. Salmon was also bad... this dish was so horrible i had to order another dish - which was spaghetti in White Sauce with Prawns... and i received spaghetti in onion sauce with small pieces of Cut prawns in boiled condition.. The meal was horrible..!! Inspite of informing this to the restaurant guy that the food was bad, he didnt bother to listen and charged me for both the dishes !!

Suttle was easy from hotel to Airport, the other way was little confusing - it was not clear when and from where as it was my first time but in future I know. I could have asked hotel also.

Hotel has a good location close to the airport, but the area is very quiet and room equipment is ok. At the same time rooms require renovation: - room plan is strange and accessing bathroom is far not comfortable - bathroom contains lime and rust - shower door is not clesed properly

I was given a room first where the toilet was not clean and there were insects roaming in the room. I was given another room that was clean but insect did roam there as well. It was pathetic. I have never filled a survey form. I am doing it so that you know the situation in your hotel

War nicht wirklich angenehm Novotel Executve room was booked no bathrobe, no slippers were in the room (was shown in the reservation) Gold Card but no Upgrade ! Only 1 Coffee Pad , the other 2 were of decaffeinated so only ohne coffee for 2 persons Not possible to charge Drinks from the bar to the room !? Leffe 0,4 l was displayed on the tap, 0,33 was served, 0,4 I had to pay !!

The hotel was nice. I just would have loved that the AC worked. AC was running but no cold air. I could not also use the tub after the first time because the floor would be too wet and i had to mop it. Great you have a shower as a backup. Also we did not know that we needed a ticket to board the bus to the airport until one driver refused to take us without ticket. It would be good to inform your customers or leave a note about bus rules to all customers. If a customer does not need the bus, then it's ok. I appreciate the fact that the hotel was able to hold my luggage until I came back from Paris. Although I asked this question via email to see if you have a service to hold luggage but did not get a response. That would have changed the way we pack before leaving New York. I requested a late check-out with an agreement to pay 50 euro. When I receive an email to do online check-in for my May 6 stay, the site inform me that I have a 60 euro balance which is different from the 50 euro agreed at the hotel. I put in my credit card and was charged 86.52 dollars. I will file a claim with my credit card company for this charge. I still paid the 50 euro cash when I came to the hotel on May 6 because the hotel could not find the 86.52 on their records. Overall, the stay was average. The cleaning ladies are very nice and respectful.

« Noises at night by the cleaners »

I had an unpleasant experience. I was woken up at night (about 10pm) by noises coming from the room next door caused by the cleaners vacuum cleaning and hitting the wall while doing so. I called reception and they acknowledged this but mentioned they couldn't do anything.

« Good hotel but airport shuttle needs to be more frequent. »

Hotel was very nice and very comfortable but there was a long delay in the hotel shuttle arriving at the airport. It was relatively late (about 10 pm) but other hotel shuttles had arrived and come back twice before ours aome.
