Room was not clean specially bathroom... sheets look like was not washed. As there was hair on. There was so many beetles and different insects in ceilings and walls and even on bed. I asked reception to change the room but second room had the same issue with worst cleanliness condition. I book room for 3 and got a room with one double bed and a sofa bed, sofa bed was horrible, uncomfortable and old and dirty. After so many experience in accor hotel, having 4 star novotel disappointed me!!! Breakfast was ok.. good variety but not happy

Pretty basic. We found our room very warm but were told we couldn’t use the air conditioning because it was turned off for the colder months, we had to open the window to cool the room which meant the room was filled with insects. The food was also quite terrible but we couldn’t find anything else within walking distance.

« Ok hotel close to the airport »

Rooms are clean and have what you need. Breakfast was ok, a bit limited. A lot of cakes and pastry, there should be more fruits and vegetables. I was there a hot October weekend, the aircon was turned off so the room was very warm and uncomfortable. When I asked in reception nothing could be done. They should have a system that allowed the staff to turn on the air con depending on how the weather is.

some difficulty getting the shuttle bus from the airport - incorrect information from the hotel when emailed about availability of shuttle bus. Returning to the airport was no problem. Restaurant meal only just adequate, serving sizes very small and expensive.

We had a short stay, less than 12h. Our rooms AC did not work and when we woke up the roof of the room was full of bugs, I counted more than 15. As we had so early and quick departure, I did not notify the reception of these.

The staff were very pleasant and the in-room meal that we had was good. We chose your property because we thought it would be nicer than other options next to the airport. I guess in many ways it was. My complaint was the fact that there was a lot of mildew in the shower and around the bathroom sink. I have pictures if there's a way to upload them in this survey, our you can reach out to me for a copy. I showed them to the person who checked me out in the morning.

Better hotel than other Malpensa airport hotels. Bed was comfortable, although the pillows were not. Restaurant was OK. The €2 charge each way for the shuttle bus was unnecessary.

« Return stay because of its location being near Malpensa Airport »

Returned to stay 2 nights at this hotel because it has free shuttle to and from airport and only 15 minutes not more each way. Check in and out is fast. Good internet connection. Dinner is above average but breakfast is a not good. There are too many group tourist which cause inconvenience to solo business traveller. I was directed to an empty table by a waitress at the entrance but when I wanted to sit down, I was told by a waiter that I am not allowed to sit there. Totally rude and confusing for the waiter to assume without clarifications. Food was not replenish fast enough due to the big group of tourist. Knowing the numbers of breakfast diners, I felt the kitchen can prepare better

I expected better appointed rooms as compared to the Mercure or Ibis but was sorely disappointed. It was a slightly improved version of an Ibis but frankly, to me, not value for the charges. Having said that, I am happy to say that the team was welcoming and helpful.

« Air Conditioning needs improvement »

Good hotel with the exception of the air conditioning system. The outside temperature during my stay ranged from 8 deg C (night) to 19 deg (day) in early October. It was definitely a few degrees warmer in the room than in the hallways which felt properly air conditioned. My first room was unbearably hot, even with the weak air conditioning system on maximum (I took a shower and afterwards was sweating profusely), so I had to change rooms. Second room was OK the first night but the 2nd night it was also starting to warm up, too, and the air conditioning was again insufficient at night to provide proper cooling. There is an issue with the AC which needs to be addressed if you need to leave your door to the hallway open to cool the room. I've stayed at other hotels near Malpensa airport in summer (up to 30 deg C) but never had this level of issue with the air conditioning system. This needs to be addressed. Other than that, the service, food and everything else was fine.

Nice location close to airport, shuttle to airport every 30 minutes, room is nice, quite good space for standard room, breakfast also good, quite a lot of choices, gym not too bad. Dinner menu is not too many choices.

In one word disappointing. The hotel facilities are in poor state of maintenance. Upon checking in, we had difficulties with the safe box lock, no glasses provided and TV was not working. Safe box could not be fixed before we checked out. In addition, none of the public computers were operational at the time of our stay. While this is only a matter of convenience, the bar does not allow bar expenses to be charged to our room. In my extensive travels, this is the first time that encounter this restriction anywhere.

I'm going to submit a very negative opinion about our stay. Before I proceed I wanted to let you have the knowledge about our experience. We booked a night for a single bedroom for 2 adults and 2 children. We booked in this hotel as it was close to the Airport and provided a shuttle service. We never realized how our stay can become a nightmare. It was brought to our knowledge the shuttle is off during the hours we needed it. why isn't it posted on the website?! Then the front desk offered a taxi, We couldn't believe a 5 minutes ride would cost 30 EURO! If we knew that we would've never booked there in the first place. When we arrived to the room, there was one bed and folder sofe we no extra pillows. the bed was in poor condition and we were not able to spend the night sleeping on it. We asked for more pillows and were limited to 2 only.. The shower included 2 face towel and 2 body towels. Our kids had to use ours wet towels. and little soup to use, we had to use ours from home. Assuming they are not welcome to the hotel?! I will hand you the opportunity to fix this before I publish my review everywhere as I am truly extremely upset about this!!

We chose the hotel because of the airport shuttle. When we got to Malpensa we phoned the hotel x2 but still had to wait for an hour as the shuttle bus didn’t turn up . I’ve made a complaint but have heard nothing.
