As always we have a good time in Cannes and the Novotel Suites add to the enjoyment. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel is in a good location with bus stops outside and easy walking into the Town. We did however experience a problem on our first morning when we woke up to find we had no electricity.. As there was lighting outside of our room I went down to reception to find out what the problem was. I called the lift, and went in it, alone. The lift went down two floors. There was a loud bang, the lit fell a floor, stopped and was in darkness. I pressed the emergency button but nothing happened. After 10 minutes the lights came on. I managed to get the lift to the fourth floor and got out. There was gap of nine inches from the level. It transpires that the hotel were aware of an electrical problem and 're-set the supply, whilst I was in the lift. The staff were aware that I had been stuck in the lift but I didn not receive any apology from the management.

Check-in and check-out super easy. Room (for 3) super large and fully loaded with amenities. Staff are nice and responsive. On the downside, only 1 elevator for the whole hotel. This was annoying at certain points in time of the day. Room cleaning was done fast, but only after we had to call front desk after 13:00. Location was not bad, but a good 10 minute walk from the center, and slightly uphill when approaching the hotel.

Staff were nice, room was ok. Iron room was bad. I cancelled the booking for the rest of the nights and was told i was going to be refunded and still haven’t got refunded since 18th of august

We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was Immaculate and our stay as always was great. I would like to point out the plastic cup in the room that was to be used for coffee and tea are not adequate. I opened the plastic it was wrapped in and the cup cracked in my hand. I was dissapointed there were no hand cream and other items that you would expect in a 4 star hotel

this is our 10th visit to Cannes and we always come back and stay at Novotel suites. There have been changes over this time. it's very good value for money. I would suggest they change the plastic cups they use as they are not good for coffee. we were dissapointed there were no hand cream, for use in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel suites with our 8 month old baby girl. The staff was amazing, especially Magalie who made sure to take care of every request and even went above and beyond. Also worthy mention for Theo, Charlotte and Esther for their attention.

Particularly sensitive to the opinion you have just submitted, this last one affects us all the more so as all the staff is concentrating all their efforts to welcome you and satisfy you with professionalism. Before each arrival, we must respect the procedure of pre-authorization on the credit card included in the reservation. Unfortunately on some foreign bank cards, this may appear as a debit when in reality it does not have one. The problem caused by this pre-authorization gave rise to a conflict where we did our best to explain the situation to you and proved, thanks to the receipt of abandonment, the cancellation of this pre-authorization. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and be assured that the necessary measures will be taken to ensure that this situation does not persist. We are sorry to note that your stay did not meet your expectations. Located in a boulevard, we unfortunately do not have the space available to obtain our private parking. That is why we offer our guests a preferential rate of 18€ per day with the Mozart car park, located just next to our hotel. As far as the elevator is concerned, we know that it causes many problems. That is why, at the end of 2019, a second elevator will be under construction. As you mention, it is a "basic" to offer a bottle of water on arrival. That is why, when you arrive, you have a bottle of water in the mini bar. We ask you to accept our most sincere apologies if you had not received any. An update will be given to our teams so that this situation does not recur. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Our stay with Novotel was excellent. The champagne and strawberries for my birthday are above and beyond gestures. Thank you Novotel for treating us like VIPs. Lcoation is excellent and walking distance to train station and the famous La Croisette. The receptionist and the concierge were very kind and helpful. Excellent job!

Everything was good. A very good price for the quality offered by this hotel, which is although kind of far from the beach. But the worst is that they blocked some money on my card before my arrival and then they forgot to unlock it even after my vacation. Very unpleasant.
