The room haven’t been equipped as described and I had to ask for repair, change and so on... had to ask partly twice and I checked in only in the morning and the first night (where I haven’t even used the room) was ridiculous expensive for this room...

« excellent service, good hotel »

What I am most impressed by is that when I mentioned a few issues with the room (none critical to my stay, but things that needed attention--a frayed wire on a bed lamp, a loose flush button on the toilet, a safe that wouldn't close) -- all were fixed within a few hours. The hotel is clean and pleasant, breakfast good, beds fine, quiet -- couldn't ask for more.

« Overall a very satisfactory experience at the Mercure Hotel in Sao Paulo. »

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the staff, both at the main desk and for breakfast, were friendly and very helpful. They provided an excellent service with documents that needed to be printed and collated and also provided an umbrella when I needed on. This was always done with a smile and a sense of wanting to make my stay at the hotel as pleasant as possible.

All in all it was good. This was the second stay for me in the hotel. But I Think you have a way to go with the service in the bar.... IT was bad . IT took very long time from order drink - one day we waited 25 min. And your selectiens of wine could be better

Upon arrival from an international flight the staff was unable to check me in earlier than 2 pm, the check-in time, even when offering to pay extra for the accommodation. All rooms were available at 2 pm and even if some did become available early, they had no idea when and did not offer to provide an update. In addition, each day when the cleaner made-up my room, my dirty clothes, miscellaneous piles and other items were moved and "reorganized", which was not appreciated. I do not want my dirty underwear in a bag among other things.

I booked a room with a queen bed through Carlson Wagonlit Travel. When I arrived the hotel offered me a room with 3 single beds. As I complained I was told by the person who did my checking the travel agent asked for a single bed which was not which was written on my reservation. I was told there was no room with queen bed available for the 1st night and there was little chance to get a room with queen bed for second night. When I went to the front desk the second day morning I got the same story. Finally as I insisted strongly I got a room with queen bed for 2nd night. I think the staff as the front desk was not train properly to handle customer complaints. They made little effort to try to find a solution on my request which was completely legitimate.

May not be the best location, but this 3 star hotel is run like a five star property, you can tell the quality of the management team. Everything in the room works not like the other Mercure’s in the São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Recife is the worst of all the hotels in the Accor portafolio.

« Perfect Place to Stay in Sampa »

I loved this location, close to paulista but not too close for traffic to be an issue. Roger took care of us from check in to check out, he was probably the highlight of staying at this location. He went above and beyond in helping my friends and I with our 3 days in Sao Paulo.
