This is a basic hotel with poor amenities and I was disappointed as expecting more. The desk staff were not very friendly, there was only one lift working, except for a very brief moment, which meant always waiting at the lift. Rooms functional. Pool and gym need upgrading. On plus side not expensive and location good.

I had a wonferful stay at Mercure Jardins. The crew was fantastic. Professional and they are all very kind. Breakfast are delicious! humm.. everything well done. And the hotel is too closed some of the famous Sao Paulo's address. Museums and restaurants and mall and the famous Paulisa Avenue, the heart of Sampa!

Very nice location, cool enviroment, calm and safe, a lot of great reataurants near by. Breakfast was excellent, swimming pool as well (could be a bigger), rooms are very nice and spacefull

I did not appreciate the following points : 1°/ not possible to get credits in my loyalty program, because booking done with BOOKING.COM, which is a full stupidity, as I was in a Mercure Hotel and not a BOOKING.COM Hotel. 2°/ Not possible to stay close to the rooms of my friends, even if I made the 2 bookings at the same time. 3°/ Toilets were not working properly. Had to be repaired twice. 4°/ No spare electrical plugs for charging phones and computer. Need to disconnect boiler and lights to charge electronic devices.

« Disapointed with the Gym abd the Restaurant Menu options but all was above good »

Few channels at the cable TV Very few options into the restaurant Menu Gym very limited and the Gym closing at 22 PM that is not acceptable to business men. Good points: Restaurant Chef created a fish plate to me due to my food restrictions Staff was amazing Thanks god the hotel has Energy Generator due to several energy flaws
