« I don t recommend these hotel »

The location of the hotel is not good, either for those traveling on holidays or for business travelers. The staff was very attentive and gracious from check in to check out. The welcome drink is very poor for those who have an Accor silver card compared to other Mercure hotels. The internet was bad because the signal disappeared every moment. The room poorly maintained. Breakfast with few options. Lots of noise on the street, even with the windows closed if you can hear them.

I requested a quiet room, my room was on the 3rd floor overlooking a busy intersection and the windows were simple, they offered no noise insulation. In addition the sink in the room was backed up and the WiFi was not working for my stay. I requested help with wifi from the front desk twice over but they were not able to get it working or offer an alternative. I was told the wifi problems were due to some transition. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious but not a good experience since I didn't get much sleep. I had spent the night before on a flight and needed to catch up on sleep, with lots of noise till after midnight and starting again at 5AM I did not get the rest needed. Next time I will find a different hotel.

« Although it is really well located, the hotel didn't provide what we needed to have good accommodation »

In booking a triple room, we expected to have three single beds, as said for the hotel reception. When we arrived at the room, there were only two beds and a uncomfortable sofa bed. Therefore, we had to decide whom of us would have to sleep in the sofa, during our stay in a fancy and well known hotel. We are extremely disappointed with the accommodations due to the lack of comfort for all the three guests.

« The worst Mercure i ever visited. »

The whole Hotel has an old style. The pool is dirty and cant be used the whole time. What a difference in the pictures i saw during booking. Stuff doesnt speak or speaks a little english. A check if this is really enough to be a Mercure hotel is more then needed.

13th floor room, kitchen inside,big double room. Not clean as it should be, courtains dirty,furnitures far from new looking. The main door is an easy to break door. Bed very comfortable,like the pillows, towels in the toilet good smelling and clean. Shower quite old and glass to be changed. Breakfast very good!! Smiling lady cooking,very kind. Poor english at the reception. Sufficient for traveling on vacation for a budget trip, not for business trips

Front Desk : When I checking I had to go down 3 times, the key it was no working right, no apologize,I 'm Club Accor Gold... I said who come the room " not security box "The employee said it was not possible ( he didn't believe me ) send some body to check, after he said if you want you have to change for other low level room, I was suppose to have UP GRADE, THIS EMPLOYEE HE WAS SO RUDE .Next day I ask the Housekeeping twice to have Tea and Coffee nothing happened. Monday 01 October my check out. about 8 am I ask to talk with the GM They said to me She was on the way in couples a minutes she 'll be there, About 9 am I ask again they said to me she was in meeting. I left the hotel about 1 pm NEVER SHE HAVE TIME TO TALF TO ME. Id the GM treat to the Guest with this way OF COURSE ALL THE STAFF THEY ARE IN THE SAME WAY... YOUR MEETING ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE CUSTOMER? THANK YOU NEVER AGAIN

My company in Switzerland pre-paid the room, but they did not accept and made me pay again saying they "will cancel the debit in the card in 45 days", this is an absurd! We always choose Mercure on our trips, but no longer.
