Our stay was ok, when booking it would be handy to know there was not a lift, as my wife has difficulty negotiating stairs, if we knew we would have asked for a ground floor room.

« Consistent quality, budget price »

I love that every time I stay with you I know exactly what I am in for. Friendly staff and a clean and tidy room to doss in. I usually only stay overnight on my way between offices so your location is perfect for me and the price is unbeatable. If I had one complaint ... and I really am nit-picking ... I'd love a little more water pressure in the showers.

Room was small bath towel was no bigger than a postage stamp. Main issue was the road noise from the road outside the only window in my room. So I struggled to get a good night's sleep if th e window was double glazed or some other method of sound proofing other than a single plastic blind. Also I know the breakfast is only $1 but toast and cereal is a bit too minimal for tradesmen like myself who need a good breakfast to get through the day. Just my thoughts.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - allowing me a few extra days stay in an emergency. I was really impressed at the cleanliness of the room and I must admit I was seriously thinking about taking the bed with me - it was that comfortable!

Paid cash upon check-in. Credit card used to secure online booking was then charged for the full amount of stay after check out. Have had to make numerous calls in regards to this, was advised money would be returned to credit card but at this time money has not been received.

Easy to locate not knowing the area , conveniently located : walking distance to shopping centres , eatery’s , hospital. Staff were extremely helpful from the moment of booking - during our stay and upon leaving , polite and very well mannered . One small complaint ;-, Shame some customers didn’t respect that others might have wanted to sleep while they were partying at 3am ! This is no fault of management as they wouldn’t have been aware unless someone complained. Overall we would definitely stay again !

We had a good experience in our little room. The bed was comfy, the shower warm and the kettle and fridge worked so we could have hot or cold drinks whenever we wanted. We got what we expected for the price.

« Wasn’t as good as usual »

Usually am treated by someone who was friendly, this time the gentlemen seemed angry, told me he was booked out when I said I had booked.. just felt not wanted this time.... Room smelt like someone had been smoking in there Starting to think Accor needs to start upgrading there rooms, bathrooms have seen better days..... and the pillow change, yuk they were like bricks...

Very clean room and comfortable bed with everything needed for an overnight stay - fridge, tv, kettle with tea and coffee supplies, towels, heating. Small space but very comfy and we had a great sleep. Blackout blind was a great bonus and let us sleep past sunrise easily.
