The wall is thiny, a can't sleap a loud noisy. The room is very small. Beakfast is good.Next to our room was a big group, who is a very loudly. Location is good, free shuttle bus available from the airport.

« Not Great :( »

Check-in was ok and staff friendly, however it went a bit down hill from there..... The room - I was small but I was expecting that, however I was expecting it to be clean....It should have been better. We had a hair in the sink too to welcome us. In the corridors it also has a strange unpleasant smell. Positive - Good free airport shuttle although very busy!! I would recommend spend a bit more and going for another hotel.

« Smelly toilet »

The room in general is small, the pillows are very thin but enough to sleep, the shower seems small but is not that bad except if you throw something to the floor and have to get it back, you will have to do it as if you were a lift going down, not bending. The toilet was very disappointing, it had a bad smell, like if it was not properly cleaned, Pipi smell, and to close it you needed to ask for help as it didn’t have a handle just a little bottom that could close it yourself. The rest is well located, near the airport and Aeroville mall (which is huge and you can spend a lot of time there, nice building), the breakfast has a good price also, buffet (juice, hot drinks, ham, bread, cereal) good.

« Room was small but comfortable »

It was confusing to find the shuttle at CDG. That's CDG's fault, not the hotel. Had there been signs along the way for "Hotel Shuttles", it would have been less stressful. Check in easy, room small, but bed comfy and the shower pressure was good. Breakfast was ready for early departures for the airport.

« A cozy hotel room near CDG is very excellent for the money »

The cozy hotel room near the CDG airport is excellent for the money. The twin room was perfectly designed and lay out to accommodate all the basic amenities in a small space, such as, two narrow beds with reading lights attached to the wall, a separate toilet, a separate shower, a sink, a small desk space attached to the wall, and a TV. It is perfect for a night before taking early flights.

« Enough to sleep and take a shower... »

Overall, I accept the fact that it is a simple room to spend night. The room was clean but ageing. What I cannot accept is the attitude of the staff... not friendly, not attentive to client. A smile do not cost but makes all the difference.

CDG is among the worst designed airport in the world with scattered buildings miles apart people have to ride in bus for many miles from one place to another. To get to ibis from terminal is a challenge

« Not what I expected »

I thought I was getting a hotel room. I was getting a bed and a place to go to the bathroom. The room was tiny. There was no air. I had a difficult time getting there. I called at least five or six times to get information about the shuttle. No one picked up. When I actually got to the motel. The phone was set off the hook. If I would’ve stayed in the room then I would’ve baked like a cake.

If Ikea designed a jail cell, these rooms would be it. Hot, small, no air conditioning, impossibly noisy if you opened the giant window which would smack into the bed but with cool modern furniture. Too expensive for what it is - there are better more economical choices.

During my check in I verified the possibility for Ibis arrange me a Taxi to CDG Airport (where I should go after check out) and received a positive response from the receptionist - and equally important, I was informed beforehand that such service cost 10 Euros. When I showed up for my check out the taxi driver was there (very rude, by the way), but I found out that my drive was 20 Euros - which the [different] receptionist confirmed to me as well - so I was really really upset... And it is not about the specific 10 Euros additional, I could afford it, but it meant the double amount of what I had in mind. Whatever Accor is planning for its businesses, I am pretty sure if suddenly, a service expected to cost $X costs $2X will cause some disappointments. On top of that, I would simply suggest you to choose your partners (like taxi drivers) as polite as you would be treated - unfortunately I had no alternative like wait for a different transport, it was 4:30AM and my flight was very important to meet my needs, then I jumped into the vehicle minding my bigger goal; but with a very very bitter feeling inside me. Summarizing: you asked about my journey, and have to be honest and say that considering these events I wouldn't return to your place. I work very hard to deliver the best for whoever requests me, I demand myself to see them happy and smiling and satisfied, and I didn't see you doing the same.

« Very practical for an overnight stay »

It's clean, comfortable and just right for a night in transit. The Air Conditioning is not working well or too weak! It's very hot inside the room. A coffee machine at each floor would be welcome as there is no facility in the room

106 euros is expensive for such a budget hotel. Breakfast is bad, pillows very hard. From the good: clean room near the airport, simple logistics. Inexpensive coffee and tea machines in the lobby. Why, by the way, can’t I write a review shorter than 200 characters?

Dear Guest, you came during an exhibition happening next to the hotel in Parc des Expositions in Villepinte. When that happens prices are more expensive than usual. We try to remain not too expensive and if you compare our hotel is one of the cheapest around CDG airport. That does not prevent us from trying to offer a good service and if you have any other problem when staying in our hotel you can always come down and ask the reception, they will try their best to satisfy your demands. The room is simple but comfortable enough for one night stay in transit at the airport. The shuttle makes it easy. the Air Conditioning not working well, you cannot regulate yourself and it's very hot

« Affordable place to stay to catch an early flight »

The connection with airport is very convenient, quick and easy check-in, comfortable bed. I would have appreciated to have feet towel provided, as it is slippery to step out with wet feet from the shower area. Also, having air conditioning would be very welcome, as it is impossible to have windows open due to traffic noise.
