Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast plenty of choice. Room well appointed and good size. The one negative was the bath towels which were poor in quality and inadequate size.

I'm pretty sure we were upgraded as only booked standard room, but had premier room. It was very comfortable. We had a good stay, had asked for a quiet room and the room was quiet as requested so we got a good night's sleep. Comfortable walking distance to Spanish Riding School and main attractions. We were room only and there were lots of places close by to eat.

Overall stay was fine. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but can't really complain. Hotel room is pretty rustic and seems to be old. It has all amenities you need, nevertheless I will not consider this hotel for a next trip - not for this price.

The location is perfect, but the service needs improvement. I booked the hotel from App and provided my credit card info for guarantee. However, the hotel contacted me via email saying that my credit card is not workable in their system. I provided at least three more cards, but none of them were accepted by the hotel and they told me that they would only keep my room until 6pm on the day of my arrival. But I was traveling from Prague to Vienna that day and the estimated arrival time would be 9pm. It was the hotel’s system issue, but not mine! No welcome drink at this hotel, don’t know why the service is not standardized.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. The only shortcoming was the parking was hard to access, but that seems to be a common problem everywhere. I would definitely stay there again.

hi, I was rebooked to an appartment (not a hotel) without my agreement. The appartment was not comparable to a standard that I booked and paid for. I've send 2 complaints - one directly to a hotel and one on Accor Hotels web page. I didn't receive a reply to any of them till now. At this moment I would not recommend to book this hotel to anyone.
