The Hotel was very Nice and my room was clean, Usually i do not take breakfast but dinner .yes i can get what i want , good prepartion, The restruant.and front desk guys are so helpful and kind.Fortunately we can communicate with them in English Haaa Haaaa.,WORTH FOR MONEY

Location is actually good, in front of the sea. But no view. Rooms are bigger than an usual IBIS room. Very new and nice bathroom. Cleaning depends on who cleans the room. One day it was super clean, the other day very dirty. Breakfast is very nice, with vegtables and fresh fruit. The reception personal at day time are not freindly at all and don not speak english. We asked abut the tax, if they reduce the tax for breakfast, they totaly ignored us.

The reception staff is the image of the company , firts the 2 young gents, was wearing own clothes in the late night and early morning . Oboist both of them need training how to treat guess , when the ask me for credit card , I show them my debit card ,the say this type of card is not good !!, if the have properly training you will never say that to your guess ,you must find out diferent way to say that ,in special in front other guess !!,..plus I will add the welcome to ibis hotel and greeting plus the smile !. Abosolutly unfriendly staff and bad memories for me !!. For this reason I will not longer choose Ibis .

The staying was great, the room was confortable and clean but the food wasnt nice. The breakfast was the only good thing, the rest, lunchs, dinners they were not well prepared and didnt taste good. I would say amateur food quality, is something you would eat on the go, not to sit and enjoy.Something woth mentioning is that i had one bad night as i was feeling cold and the heater wouldnt work.Then in the morning i woke up upset and told the manager about it and that i wasnt having a good experience in Uruguay as everybody would tell me i would, and he said, well, dont believe in everybody :/ He didnt offer to take a look or fix anything, thx god the following nights would be hot! :)

Good hotel similar to the other Ibis. Located in front of The Rambla and close to the old town. The bathroom wall was a little dirt but the rest of the place appeared to be clean. Good bed and sheets. Did not like that i was charged for the breakfast the last night as i left the hotel at 4 am. I explained the front desk about it but i had to pay anyway.
