It is worth noting that our Sweet Bed model by ibis is designed to offer a high-quality sleeping experience, and we are sorry if this was not the case for you. Regarding the room configuration, while all our beds can be converted into a large bed, we apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the room setup. We always aim to fulfill our guests' requests and would have been happy to assist with any bedding concerns had we been made aware during your stay. Concerning the food provision, we offer a 24-hour menu bar with a variety of snacks, and pizzas, and we regret if there was any confusion regarding our dining options upon check-in. While we have double-glazed windows to mitigate external sounds, we understand that on occasion, disruptions can occur.
