The room was a bit disappointing - I booked a double but got a room with two single beds pushed together but made up as single beds. The food provision was odd. On checkin we asked about dinner and were referred to local restaurants but then later in the bar staff were bringing food to other guests.

Concerning the food provision, we offer a 24-hour menu bar with a variety of snacks, and pizzas, and we regret if there was any confusion regarding our dining options upon check-in. A good night's sleep in a quiet hotel, staff were extremely helpful and obliging in all respects, excellent.

Good customer service and friendly staff ready to assist you . Neat environment ,had everything you require at the hotel and the extension restaurant. Breakfast was good with the exception only scrabble eggs available no choice of well done eggs.

No sleep

My wife and I were unable to sleep due to the fact That people were outside the front door of the Hotel Smoking and talking most of the night. At one point the cigarette smoke was so bad we had to close the window. It was a warm night that is why the window was open. The temperature was an unusual high of 25 at 5pm Then With a lot of noise in the corridor. On leaving at 6am there was a woman passed out in the corridor. This I reported to the guy on reception on leaving. Not out best experience at Waterloo. Having staying there meny times.
