« Functional. Good for overnight stays »

This is a very basic hotel. It's the second time I stay there, the first time I paid for the buffet breakfast and I was sorely disappointed, but you're surrounded by good restaurants, so it's not a big deal. No gym, no pool, basic services, perfect if all you're looking for is a place to sleep comfortably.

Love staying here. Always treated like in the best hotels in the world. Truly. The staff go out of their way to make my stay easy and pleasant. The rooms are not large but I have everything I need. Clean bed and linen. Hot water. Desk and chair to work on

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Very few to virtually no amenities. No fridge or microwave in room. Terrible restaurante. Bad tv reception. No gym. No iron in room.

« Rooms are not worth the price. »

I’ve stayed in several different hotels in Monterrey for less and loved it , but this one in particular was ridiculously expensive for a small restroom , small bed, very little furniture, no mini fridge & no travel size shampoos and conditioners. The room me and my husband got at the beginning didn’t have a working AC with is understandable, we eventually got a room with a working AC later at night. Yet this hotel didn’t satisfied us.

« A night of hell »

Air conditioner stopped working midnight and the heater turned on instead. The room was very hot even the hallway was cooler, I couldn’t turn it off and I was too tiered to call to have someone fix it in the middle of the night. Was the only night I stayed and all I wanted was to be able to rest but with the heater on it didn’t help much.
