« Falling ceiling »

Very poor experience. I was in a room with broken wardrobe and the ceiling next to the curtains were falling apart. One night, when returning from the office I noticed that my ceiling, above the bed, had an infiltrating due the rain and my bed was completely wet. I had to move to another room, and in the weekend the electricity was disconnected for maintenance. Several times I had to call for new towels, because House Keeping forgot to leave towels in the room. And the free tea sachets were never left in my room as well.

« A comfortable stay »

We are a family of 2 adults and one child (13 years old). We booked a double bed room and we did enjoy our stay as the room and the bathroom were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was better compare to other business hotels. The staff are helpful and friendly. You have to pay extra for parking, it's about 100 MXN/night. We are satisfied to stay there.

Great. The only fustrating topic was the checkout. There were only 3 people before me doing the checkout and 2 employees supporting this process. They took about 30 minutes to attend me and make the checkout. I almost lost my meeting...

Good stay overall, but the bartender waking us up in the middle of the night with a phone call and then coming to our room to collect $100 pesos was ridiculous. We couldn’t sleep and ruined our night. Otherwise we enjoyed food, room and location of hotel.
