I would actually have selected good, just not quite very good, and so I selected average The room was reasonable and certainly comfortable, though quite dated with fair wear & tear The daily housekeeping service was good however the actual cleanliness (bathrooms/shower, and under the bed in particular not a standard you would expect in an international hotel) Location is very good, and right amongst it. The pool and gym facility is awesome Location and amenities (namely pool as above). Overall was a good experience and would return.

« Alrhough i stayed overnight, it was a pleasant stay . »

The hotel lobby was under renovation at the time but the receptionist was exceptionally accommodating. I forgot her name but she was very kind ( short and chubby with glasses (";) . Room was also clean and the bed was good for my back. Although would prefered to have stayed on the bay view just like my other colleagues. Generally it was a nice stay . Would stay again in the future.. cheers

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in your hotel. The room was neat and comfy. We were delighted with the selection of food beverages. We also had a chance to swim at the pool. The fscilities were clean and well maintaned. We chose your hotrl to celebrate our wrdding anniversary and we were delighted to find an anniversary gift courtesy of your staff.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The room is clean. I will just say that the wifi connection is not too stable, can be improved as I will use it often for my work.

The room had all the necessary functions. Toilet had a bad plumbing smell. Breakfast was disappointing with the same options every single day until I didn’t feel like eating breakfast. You might want to look into 2 or 3 menus that you can rotate in the week.

Excellent hotel, a few 100 metres to Hong Kong harbor, star ferry etc. Fast check in, excellent lounge on the 23rd floor breakfast was good ,rooms were clean and quiet, I will stay there again next time I visit Hong Kong.

« Generally pretty good, minor things could be improved. »

Room was good, breakfast amazing, bed only had a duvet though which was too hot. Would prefer a flat top sheet to cover me so I would not need to use the duvet. My colleague in room 1526 and I both used the laundry service. I think she paid for us both when we left. I ordered 1 shirt and 1 pair of trousers dry cleaned. I purposely DID NOT select the option to have them pressed since there was an iron and ironing board n the room and I would prefer to save on the cost. When I got it back the laundry team had marked the sheet themselves to include pressing and done the pressing. Disappointing as it was an extra cost I did not want and deliberately did not select. But quality of service, and fast pickup and return was appreciated. Also annoyed that on checkin we had to pay a deposit that I was not aware of beforehand and the front desk would not accept my debit Mastercard. My bank specifically says that my debit Mastercard can be used overseas anywhere that Mastercard is accepted as long as it is charged using a credit function. In Australia all payment machines in which the card is inserted have buttons for choosing Credit, Savings or Cheque mode for the payment. The machine on the front desk does not have this. If it wasn't for my colleague having a credit card it would have been difficult to pay this deposit as I did not have enough cash and had no cell phone service or wifi to allow transfer of additional funds onto my Visa Travel Card (it only had 800HKD). If proper prior notice of this deposit was given I could have arranged this before hand. But not accepting my debit Mastercard is terrible service. Overall though I enjoyed the stay, the room was well maintained, internet worked well after checkin, and breakfast was far beyond expectations. Such good food. Thank you.

It's good that you provide two complementary water bottles . But when I asked for a jug of water , so that I can book and pour the water to use it in Night . Hotel staff impolitely refused saying that I have to buy water from outside of I want to drink more. Please learn the importance of water. Kindly don't try to sell everything.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it never disappoints. The location is great and there is a lot of great food and bars around the hotel. As my room was upgraded, it was nice to see what the larger spaces are like for future stays. Was a great weekend escape!

Second Time i stayed there. Hotel is nice, but i do think that it is overpriced. As Platinum member, I was awaiting a nice Big Room upgrade, but just received a Family Room which was quite small i will say... Before staying there, i spend a night @ Novotel Century, overthere i received an upgrade to a Suite for much cheaper money and my feeling was that Staff People there were nicer, more friendly and attentioned than Staff People @ The Park Lane...
