Upon arrival I got the extra pillow from the cabinet as I normally sleep using a lot of pillows. However, there was a funny smell to the pillow so I asked for a new one. After waiting for almost an hour, the new pillow has not yet arrived despite a follow up call. I ended up going out for the day without receiving any pillow. There was also some hairs on the floor that the cleaner must've missed with the vacuum cleaner.

Room is small, that's Hong Kong anyway. However, the room was clean & adequate for the price I paid for. Location is awesome, mtr station is a few doors away, many eateries nearby. Free shuttle bus to HK express just across the road.

« Perfect location for us, close to metro and bus interchange. Positive is the upgrade & only negatives, loud fan in AC and free drink limited to "D" range, non-alcohol. »

Brilliant location, so near to Metro station + the bus interchange meaning we could take the A11 bus to the airport for one third of the cost of train. Hotel gave us an upgrade to harbour view which was brilliant. AC fan was quite loud but other than that, faultless and all staff very helpful to us.

Very satisfied with the service and conditions of the room. Especially great cleaning. Cleaning is one each day and towels are changed also. Room is small but is normal for Hong Kong and it has everything needed. I only have the recommendation to renovate bathrooms in rooms. It's okay just notable that it's old. Hotel is in good location and metro is in a few meters from the entrance.

Staying on the 30th Floor, waiting for 1 of 2 lifts was frustrating, TV channel selection was poor with very little to choose from. Great view of the harbour, staff were friendly and helpful, great location with the MTR on the doorstep.

A very comfortable experience, reasonable size, reasonable price, fast and basic services, bed, floor and restroom are tip top condition kudus to amazing enthusiastic cleaners. My only complaint: Slow lift, very bad sound proof. Will definitely stay again.

It's basically a no-frills hotel. Just come in for a shower and sleep. Small and basic hotel at North Point Hong Kong. Easy access to everywhere in the Hong Kong island. Stayed here because of a relative who is living nearby.
