We had an outdoor wedding at Novotel recently and could not recommend them more. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food for the wedding was excellent including an amazing wedding cake and everything went smoothly all thanks to the food and beverage manager Sami and chef Ali. Thankyou both for an amazing stay. « Beautiful resort, great hospitality »

We had a lovely short stay, only 4 nights, as over for our nephews wedding. Hotel staff were all very helpful, polite and very welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable and air conditioning a blessing given the heat outside! Food very good, and female member of staff at Bellevue Bar was very helpful and could not do anymore than she did - lovely girl! All in all we had a great time, thank you.

Overall Experience, Extremely - GREAT! Mr. Hussein really make sure that my stay goes very well and this time they upgraded me to Suite, which was so nice and i enjoyed like anything. Reasonably near Bahrain airport and reasonably near downtown Manama, this resort offers a very comfortable stay with large, beautiful rooms, a big swimming pool and a private beach. the buffets are great, especially the seafood buffet at La Perle restaurant.

1- The housekeeping service is the worst! They were not clean as they should be! I asked for a sofa bed, but the housekeeping said this sofa has no bed (although in fact the receptionist informed me earlier at the check-in). But they were too lazy to prepare it for me. The next day the housekeeper who cleaned the room, didn't make it an left it messy as it was! 2- I asked the room service for 2 (mineral water - 2 BD each), and when the staff came in, the bottles looked as if it were (sparkling water NOT mineral), so I asked him to make sure but he said it is mineral. Later when I opened one, it turned out to be SPARKLING and NOT as what I ordered and paid for! When I called them, they said they could replace ONLY the unopened one! It wasn't my fault but the staff's. I should pay (4 BD) only for what I asked, not for the staff's choice nor fault. Why would they charge me for something else ?!! Moreover, the housekeeper took the cups in the room to clean, but didn't get a clean ones. So I asked the room service to get me new ones, but they kept forwarding the order request to housekeeping, and the housekeeping says they can't provide cups, I have to call the room service! It took me ONE hour to get cups ! For real Novotel, come on! This is a well-known hotel around the world, what so hard about getting cups to a guest?! Do I have to go to their kitchen a get the cups myself ?!!! I paid for a service but unfortunately didn't get that service! And by the way, I'm Accor Hotels Member, and this is how get treated!!! 3- There was NO elevator. A hotel with no elevator ! That's a first!!! 4- The receptionist Ariza was very friendly and understanding.

« Not Bad due to eid vacation »

1- i ask the reception to send the room service to clean the room at 11 am and they came at 9 pm so good they came after 10 hours. 2- when i order the food to the room they bring a bottle of catchup not even quarter. 3- i order food again outside on the beach they bring for me the chicken sheish tawook with out the garlic sauce which was written in the menu when i ask the garçon said their is no sauce with it .

It was great We all had a great time Nothing more then this hospitality except the pool bar man “morning time” wasn’t so friendly and loudly replying when we ask something and that has happened twice to me anyway we are still happy overall but pleas make him be more flexible with the costumers to make the hospitality of your persons perfect don’t take this as a complain just deal with it as a suggestion from a regular customer Best regards..
