The resort is literally excellent all over the sides, the room is spacious and well cleaned, the most thing that I liked is the swimming pool at night the light was everywhere and the atmosphere was very good. I would recommend this resort to everybody and not only this but all chain of accorhotels.

Despite room for smoking allocated whilst requesting non smoking, they changed to accommodate needs. Reception at departure, dinner and breakfast were very well done, very good meals and service. At arrival check in was slow mainly due to a customer that was not happy for apparently unfair reasons. Nevertheless a little more people at desk would be good. Unfortunately our time was very limited due to moving houses but there seems to be a lot of potential for nice activities.

« ROOM WAS DIRTY AND NEEDED MAINTENANCE BUT STAFF IS WONDERFUL »

The room we received was on the bottom floor overlooking the beach area. We noticed right away that the TV remote didn’t work and the battery cover was missing. The safe didn’t work and the overall condition of the room was dirty. Walls were dirty, dirt and grim around the AC vent, and mold around the bathtub. We had to call the front desk on two separate occasions to come to the room and kill the ants coming in through the window, a lot of ants! The ONLY reason I didn’t rate the experience less than a four is due to the wonderful staff. From the front desk to the restaurant to the maintenance staff, they are friendly and helpful and professional. The two standouts are the girl at the restaurant (greeter) that knew my name when I told her my room number, now that that’s professional, and Tony, the bartender at the swim up pool bar, he is AMAZING!!!!

I have taken an overseas assignment here in Bahrain, for a consulting to a group involved in a construction project that is having issues. The situation is that one day I am in Washington State the next I am landing in Bahrain Middle East. To say my apple cart was uprooted is to say the least, the staff at the Novotel under the leadership of Khalil Ghanem has made my experience a delight. The food service is amazing, why would I eat anywhere else? The staff and I should mention security ever attentive without be a bother. I highly recommend staying at the Novotel under the Accor Hotel flag. Cheers

first, it took too much time to check in, the stuff is too slow. Second, I have deposited money for the pool bar, during the second day the par refuses to give me drink while there is suffeciant balance and I am not checked out, the thing which made me check out at 10:30 at the morning to solve this issue. 3rd ghing the reseption have locked 118 BD from my credit card when check in, when tne check out they took another 118 BD not the same locked before !!?? Now I have to wait 2 weeks until it ia unlocked by the bank. Whay is this !!?? Note: the check out took me about 1hour to be done
