Been there for three nights as part of my trip through the near east. Just a short walk to the national Museum. The rooms were always cleaned and the service was great. The Beach is practically located in the Hotel. Really beautiful! Thank you and see you soon.

unfortunately not good. reception couldn't check me in when I arrived at 11 AM. I got a call at noon from hotel staff asking where I am as they were not informed I arrived and thought I was a no-show. I had to change in the pool facility as I had work to go to. At 11 PM when I checked in, reception did not ask for any room preference (smoking, security, noise-level). I was stuck in a room by the pool (ground floor) where a group of friends met every night in the garden and it was very hard to sleep. The door overlooked the highway - so in terms of UN security procedure, it was not a safe room. The level of noise all day long was unbearable. Reception also did not inform me I had to leave a deposit for my running costs during my stay so the one time I dined in I had no cash on me. The bathroom was plug-free so every time I have to use a hair-curler or anything I have to do by the kitchenette. On Sunday, when it rained, I asked for an umbrella but was told I'm not allowed to take it outside the hotel - so, in a suit, I had to walk to the taxi in the rain. The bed-sheets were stained, the bathroom towels had hair on them. When I asked to change the room (Saturday 11 AM), reception said none were available until 3 PM, but there was no follow-up and it was not changed. Novotel is always recommended by the UN for staff stay, but this Novotel was sub-par.

The hotel has everything to make a stay comfortable: from spacious rooms to several restaurants, fitness, own beach’s day other facilities. Design of the hotel provides feeling of an Arabic ancient style - as tourist I have really appreciated that. The only minus - prices are above average

On a business trip; stayed for 2 nights. Staff very friendly. Nice welcome at late arrival. Shower was small and water pressure wasn’t great. Nice big bed. Shame there was no mini bar in the room.

When check in the staff was distracted and not very welcoming. The room size is okay but the bed a little bit uncomfortable and the sofa-bed that was advertised was no really a sofa-bed. The breakfast quality is okay but little variety, the dinner in one of the fish restaurant was good.

Hello. We have visited your Hotel in the beginning of November with my parents and my son 9 y.o. I wish there was some entertainment, for example music in the evening and dancing. There is no any shop, no activities neither for adults, nor for children . Guests can only sleep, eat and swim. Boring. As for food it is very spicy, almost everything . My son could hardly eat meat, potatoes, spaghetti- very spicy!

The price was not commensurate with the services. The room was not clean and when I asked for a baby crip they brought a veru dirty one, i could not put my son on. Everytime we called the room services they brought things not what we asked for. The food was not tasty. I would never come back again. However, to be honest the reception and the luggage man were friendly.

It's a great property with a small private beach and a decent sized pool. The Spa service was terrible. My wife had an appointment at 4 pm which was rescheduled to 5 pm and even then she had to wait for 25 minutes. The massage room was in the men's section, which meant she could not take a shower after the massage as she would have to walk out in the open to the ladies section and there were a lot of men around. There was no relaxation during the massage as there were a lot of men outside the massage room, shouting, talking and laughing. The massage itself was just average. The service at breakfast was also very lacking. All the chocolate spread was over and even though we were promised it would be replenished, that did not happen. My son eventually had to leave his waffle untouched due to the non availability of chocolate spread. We asked for 3 cappuccinos which never arrived!. In the end we asked for coffee and the stewardess brought us a small pot, filling it from other partially full ones in plain sight. The milk for the coffee also took 10 minutes to arrive. I did see a lot of other people being served regularly all the while. We were there for one night just to celebrate my wife's birthday, but overall it was a bad experience. Mustafa.
