As a frequent stayer, always greeted with a smile. The shuttle bus to and from the hotel to airport I find very useful and is always on time. The eateries are good also. The TV channels don't seem to have a movie selection and some of the channel are not clear. Overall its always a pleasure staying.

As for my second stay in the hotel, service is bar none. Staff were warm and nice. Hotel and room is always clean. Breakfast should have more variety for guests who stays for 1 to 4 weeks at the hotel. Overall, always a great experience

Nice room, friendly staff at both front deck & restaurants, particularly at Breeze Bristro Bar. Menu for lunch was tasty. However, housekeeping needs improvement. Found stains on sink and mirror. The position of toilet roll is too far from and it will be handy to have water spray.

It was just my 6 year old son and I staying for last 2 nights of our holiday. And we could not be any happier with the experience. Everything you needed whether you're traveling solo, with family, for business or whatever the reasons, Grand Mecure has it all, even the surroundings. The best things are; staff, facilities, pool, service, shops, shopping centres. Perfect to kick back in a very comfortable hotel. BIG THUMBS UP! Check-in was painless, even though we arrived a few hours early to our hotel. We made 2 separate bookings as we planned to fly in my daughter’s great grandmother to visit her from Vietnam. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating to our need. The room is of a good size, very well clean and located to a shopping centre and a few hawkers food centres that make it easy for us to try the local food. Overall, a great experience and I hope to come back to this hotel soon.

« Not our best night at the Roxy - but the hotel is still our preferred »

This is our 3rd or 4th visit for an overnighter in Singapore at the Roxy. Unfortunately this time our room was located next to the elevators (and we were given no warning) Can I suggest management try and sleep in room 1642 - when your head is on the pillow the lift vibrates and dings through your head all night. I was hugely disappointed as I upgraded the room using my Accor points and would have at least like to be notified that there would be some noise from the lifts. As if I had the choice I would have requested another room or down graded. Apart from this our stay was pleasant - just not very restful.

Thanks for the information in the Welcome pack. It gave us the ideal walking tour to stave off jet lag and to see the local temple and streets with authentic houses. The Breeze Bistro is very good for a variety of food and the pool is ideal for the climate. Everything was clean and well planned in the room.

« A short but very pleasant stay. »

Check in went very smoothly. Blaire the receptionist was lovely. Our room was above our expectation. We were on a stop over so did not have much time to experience many of the hotels facilities. We hope to come back again for a longer stay. Check out was also very efficiently handled by Xin Yi. Concierge were very helpful with local knowledge and arranging a taxi for our early morning departure.
