Thanks to Rino, Kiki, Jane, Som, Sammy and room service who prepared a very nice surprise sparkle for me. I am very much impressed and the decoration was indeed neat and fit. The lunch buffet offered an adequately diverse selection of food.

« Pullman G was incredible »

We had a pleasant stay at Pullman. Courteous and respectful staff. However, felt like there was a lack of light fittings in the room. Could have also installed a bidet spray in the toilets. Wished there was a little more of personalised gift for the guests as well. Was a little surprised that the lift floors was not enabled with card key security, making it accessible for anyone to enter any floors. The smell of vanish on Level 33 due to the upgrading works were a little nauseating every time we stepped out of the room. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the stay.

I used to eat at the Executive Floor because it is less crowded but I kind of enjoy eating at the restaurant for breakfast because the buffet selection is great and the staff are all very professional and try their best to make my dining experience wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed another stay in the Pullman G. This is my 5 stay at your Bangkok property and as usual it didn't disappoint. The staff were great and the customer service was outstanding. It was surprising me when I'm one again back to Pullman G. Light reducing strategies is the most satisfaction. Besides that, everything is pretty good. But it is much better if the picture in the elevator keep changing. I'm a bit shock while getting in alone in it. I cant say that most people love to smell the flower in the room but if there is some little green/ flower in the room it might help to reduce stress beside seeing only high building around :) . Yeap, I can say that ​nice to be there.

- the building & room was bit old; anyone can access to any floors in the elevator and even the furnitures are quite old - my eyes get tired everytime I took the elevator; the screen was too bright and elevator inside was too dark - executive room was huge but felt empty - I checked in online with the right estimated time (we arrived on time) but the room was not ready; I got the sms that my key is ready (which means the room is ready) but someone was decorating the room when I arrived 3005 and we all got surprised and she left it as unfinished - inconsistent cleaning service; when checked in, no toothbrush provided and the second day, it got provided. We used all cottons on the first day but not provided on the second day - executive lounge was satisfied; but breakfast took a long time to cook; though it was only me who was in the lounge - it was written; coffee, tea and soft drinks are provided all day but it was not written that these are only limited in the executive lounge - I went to level 27 for drinks and got rejected due to the policy; I understand the policy but these must be stated in the paper. - I paid for the late checkout but the room cleaner came and knock the door twice on the check out day and ask me what time I will be leaving.

At first, I was very disappointed once I checked in the room because my room was very old, dimmed, and scary looking (which is totally different from my expectation vs. the website/images). The bathroom was also moldy. The room was big, but there was only one outlet for me to plug in my device. I thought, thank goodness I only stayed here for one night. However, upon my 2nd stay (a couple nights), I asked the front desk if I could get a brighter room, then it was mentioned that there were different zones and let me stay at the nicer room, which is much nicer – so thanks for that, because I was ready to check out early otherwise...Overall, I think the hotel should have informed me that the room was going to be the old/not renovated one to set expectation.

My room type is the cheapest.. Bathroom is very old, baht tub looks so yellow, no shower gel, only shampoo, conditioner and lotion is available..and soap...other amenity is ok. room smell cigarette, no turn down service.. Comparing to another room type .. better room decoration, good amenity, including club floor , breakfast..i prefer to pay extra to get more benefit and service.. Check in and check out is perfect, staff is helpful

Great place, good restaurants and a pretty good hotel gym. Room was pretty dim, one bigger light mid room would be nice. Rooms could use a bit of polish and remodelling, you could clearly see age and use affecting furniture and the bathroom.
