Hotel is nicely located and the service was satisfactory. The executive lounge was very nice. Views were amazing. I like all facets of the hotel except three things; the front of the hotel looks very unappealing. Also the hotel pool is too small. The gym is ok but the treadmill area is very hot!

Good location for a few nights stay as noisy with traffic even on the 27th floor. Executive rooms and lounge were good though some of the waiting staff could have been friendlier. Pool was smaller than expected but pool staff very good .

« Short but almost perfect »

Sadly , I only stayed overnight so I didnt really Get the chance to experience more of the hotel s facilities. Albeit brief and short, I would definitely wish to go back for a longer stay. The music in the lobby is a bit too loud for me , though. But its not really a concern for me .... maybe because of my age, loud music is not really an option . Thank you for a fulfilling stay.

I usually come two weeks for business. I appreciate the location, the hide-away on the 37th floor, The rooms are good and clean. The Service at the reception is very professional. But there are a few point which can be improved.

I have stayed most of my travel in 5 star hotel and recently on the 10th of may I have stayed in Pullman hotel while my stay at the hotel their was a water leak leak above the entrance when I arrived at the room manager and senior staff are waiting for me and they immediately the offered me a suite room upgraded me and all hotel staff was very humbled with from the door man to general manager seems they were very cared about my stay and frankly speaking I am very journey to stay at Pullman hotel and I am looking forward again and I will speak about the hotel to my Friend and other to recomand to stay at Pullman hotel Bangkok ...I wish you manager and your team a good luck keep doing your good job we always love you guys

Room was clean, neat and functional, except the armchair in the corner which needs cleaning. Only realised there was a pillow bar on our last day before check out :( more should be done to inform customers about such service. Music in lobby and lifts are a bit loud. Great hotel- made to feel very welcome. Very centrally located and convenient to skytrain restaurants and bars. Reception desk well managed and our superior room with floor to ceiling windows fab and very spacious and had everything we wanted. Breakfast superb. Would definitely recommend.

This is not my first trip to Pullman Hotel G and I hope I will be able to keep coming. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the staff are friendly and the food (breakfast) is very good. except for a small blunder by the front desk staff during my check in (they gave me a wrong room despite confirming my preference), everything else was good.

Unfortunately we was handed a room with a foul smell, after having advised the staff of the matter we were being given a nice corner room. Many thanks for finding a nice, quick and easy way of fixing your mistake with that one Other than the lounge staff members were quite slow. All staff members had an uplifting attitude!

« The hotel provided good service for the conference I attended and the rooms were suitable. »

The room was nice and clean, with all amenities. I did find the plugs on the side of the tables were not always easy to use. The one at the desk didn't work as the plug in the wall wouldn't stay there, so I had to plug my laptop in under the desk directly into the wall socket. I also feel that an iron and ironing board should be in the room rather than having to be ordered via room service.
