« Great... I had everything I needed, the spray hose thing by the toilet had a leak. Didn't use it. »

« Hotel was average, with an awful breakfast service »

Rooms were sparse, breakfast was poor as there was a conference on where all of the delegates used the breakfast room, so they could not keep up : there were no plates, food was slow to be refreshed. Not what i expect from an Accor hotel.

Thank you. I spent two nights on the hotel. It is ok but, few things i believe if you improve the hotel will much better (i-e, bed is not comfort, no, iron, breakfast no much choices. Good point, location, reception staff are good.

my room was not ready as it still needed cleaning, so I was put in a disabled room, which was extremely cold. once my room was eventually ready I enjoyed my stay.

Overall experience was good. Attention to be given to overall maintenance inside room. 1) The work desk was not very stable and could collapse at any time. 2) Bathroom needs maintenance. 3) Kitchen area needs maintenance Would have enjoyed a double bed or 3/4 bed in the room as the single beds are bit small for male adults. Couple of more English TV channels will also be nice. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Hotel staff was very friendly and very willing to assist.

« The hotel is good, but the Gym is very poor and unsafe. »

The room installations are good. The food I do not have complain, it is fair. The gym is very poor, it is not clean, the equipment is very old, in bad conditions. The pedal of the transport is loose. There is only one treadmill. I have being using this hotel for more than a year and I have being complaining about the gym. I already talked with my company and we are going to try to change the hotel for our upcoming stays.

« The people are extremely nice and helpful and the facilities, overall, are very nice. »

I stayed in Room 703. It was a nice room but probably could use some updating (mainly just a fresh coat of paint on the walls. There was an issue with the keypad inside the room where the key is inserted to turn the power on to the room. It shorted out on Friday and I had to move to another room. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. I very much appreciated the quick help and response. Overall a very nice hotel and a great stay. Well done. Muito Obrigado.

« Nice stay in Jaragua once more »

In general, my experience was very good. The hotel is very well located, with a very good breakfast. The only problem is how much the hotel requires maintenance. For instance, the wardrobe at the room 313 continues with some parts broken, since almost 2 months ago, when I was there in the same room.

The people were very friendly, accommodations were nice and the breakfast and bar were well-stocked. Only one constructive comment: Improve the equipment in the fitness center; better / newer equipment and more weights, either free weights or machine.

It is the second and last time that I stay in this hotel rooms are disgustingly old the walls looks like a cemetery of dead mosquitoes with a splash blood around them I complaint to the receptionist and he asked me what I want them to do The room is all falling a part the only positive points are the breakfast and the room floor that is not carpet When we arrived Monday night there was nobody serving at the bar
