Good rooms, good breakfast, good location. Breakfast and boarding should follow other Accor hotels pattern and be invoiced in one single document, not separated as has happened to me.

« Very much not stisfatory and this is not for the first time »

This time the safety box, the hair dryer and one of the lamps were not operating. The housekeeping was not delivering towels and other things. Only arranging the bed. I checked out on 04:00 AM people in the front desk are not speaking English which delayed my checkout process

Comfortable room, but, lack of attention from the front desk team, the person who received me at the front desk kept saying I didn't have breakfast included, even though my reservation voucher clearly said i did. It took me some time to convince him to double check. The rest of the team were very supportive around the hotel.

Personal Staff was not able to give me an invoice when I left the hotel. The internet connection was very unstable and not working most of the time.

Sympathy, comfort and hospitality are the main concepts of this hotel. I recommend. Hotel very clean, organized, great beds, great shower, bath and towels. All staff are highly attentive. Internet with good speed. Beautiful landscape of the rooms for the Federal Capital Brasilia. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and well located, the room was quite spacious and had a great view (also great shower); everything was tidy and I had a very pleasant time. The breakfast was so complete, truly delicious.

« Modern hotel, excellent location, very good service »

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and will stay there again in the future. The room was large and modern, plenty of natural light, large windows and balcony (it would be nice to have 2 chairs in the balcony!). Great breakfast with many different things to choose from, and fresh fruits. It was easy to do our check in in the computer downstairs and have our boarding cards printed by reception. The swimming pool area was closed - this was the only negative point.

I asked for food and the informed waiting time was 30-40 min. I waited for 1h10min instead. When the food arrived, the food was very greasy so I left half of them.
