I went to Grand Mercure Brasilia Eixo Monumental monthly, normally my trip is for business, but this week I brought my family with me. And during the week, my child get sick, and all guys help us. Specially the Mr. Adilson and Mr. Ribeiro, and the guy who cleaning our room (124) during our stay, but I didn't know his name, but my wife says that he get a lot attention. I'd like to say Thank You!

It was a great surprise that everyone at the front desk spoke English so fluently. It made my stay so easy. Everyone I met (regardless of their fluency) was friendly and polite and did everything they could to help. I would stay there again.

The hotel has a good structure and service, bu the rooms are terrible. Too old, carpet seems to be not clean (because is old). We can see that the rooms are not renovated for a long time or since was built.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located. We arrived a few minutes after 11:00 am and check in is at noon . There were about 4 persons in total wanting to check in but you could see that the front desk staff had zero flexibility to allow an earlier check in. As such the gentleman at the front desk told everyone check in could only be done at noon.

I was charged USD15 per day to upgrade my room to a deluxe, as the person at the check-in desk said. Room 0802 is certainly not a deluxe. Very old, with a wall full of cracks in the bathroom.

The experience was, as always, very good. The only concern is about the room 1501, that is a small room and too much noisy, by being bellow the gym. People running or leaving barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell on the floor are really noisy on the room 1501. Thank you so much.
