« Everything was perfect »

From booking to leaving there were no problems and everything was faultless. Check-in was efficient and we were given four adjacent rooms which we really appreciated. There was little noise in the hotel and breakfast was excellent. We are already looking forward to our stay with you next year! In the meantime I have booked an Ibis in France.

Decent stay. Untrained check-in and reception staff meant delayed best check-in experience and then not the best help when doing airport taxi as the staff suggested I don't need to pre-book a taxi for a 3am drop suggesting someone would be available to call for one... not understanding the need to advance book odd hour taxis.

Good Will suggest that rooms be clean up a bit early. I experienced this time that rooms were clean after 3.00 pm. Staffs very cooperative and well coming.

I stay at Ibis Docklands every year for world travel market. This year every aspect of hotel deteriorated. Room was stinking of damp. Breakfast quality worsened. Scrambled egg dry. Sausages were stale. Housekeeper did not service the room until late afternoon. Etc

I spent four nights in the hotel and enjoyed it very much. Hotel in good location near 3 DLR stations with good connections to central London and London City Airport and the Excel centre in Docklands was next door. Hotel was modern and well maintained with room cleaned to a good standard. Enjoyed my daily breakfast which was plentiful and filling. Staff were helpful and attentive. Would return if ever in London again.

I was there for a work event and needed a place to stay nearby. The location was great and I had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was fine and I was satisfied with my stay. On the negative side, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom when the tap was turned on. Several of my colleagues mentioned that so there is clearly some plumbing issue. Carpet was a bit stained and my room was opposite the lift so a bit noisy.
