Nice rooms, bad lobby rules

Rooms were nice, but the rule of having no outside food in the Lobby is ridiculous. Your restaurant should be open later if you do not want outside food in the lobby. I've never had such a frustrating experience.

Great location, hot room

The location was ideal for getting around London using the train or cable car. The hotel was surprisingly quiet inside even though there was an event at the Excel centre. There were available EV chargers to ensure my car was charged overnight. Unfortunately the room was very hot and the Air conditioning unit did not work which meant an uncomfortable sleep for my family

I absolutely love this hotel. My husband and I have stayed many times now, and we're never disappointed. We stayed as we were celebrating my birthday ,and when we got to the room (which was upgraded) there was balloons a card and chocolates for me, was such a nice personal touch that makes this hotel what it is and keeps us coming back. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and I want to say a huge thank you to Aurelija (guest experience manager). She is amazing and goes above and beyond to keep her guests happy. Lovely comfy rooms and spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel, and the breakfast is delicious! Literally can not fault this hotel or the staff. Great transport links and right near the Emirates cable cars, along with bars and restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, couples, families, or for business.
