« Service with a smile »

Very friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile. well located with beautiful view of the Beach and the sunset. Service staff were impressive specially as most of them were trainees. One night I went to the restaurant about 10 minutes before closing and stayed way beyond closing time to finish dinner. 4 staff stayed behind to serve me, and not a single glum expression.

I feel disappointed by : 1. After long hours in plane, I am waiting for more than 4 hour to check in, even I know that there was an empty room. Hotel management doesn't allow me to early check in before 14.00 . 2. I am accord member hotel but my friends, who check in with the same time with me got fruit platter as compliment, while I don't. It is not about the fruit, but the discrimination. 3. I got door bell at 1 am in the morning by technician, and he said that there is a problem with "Power". Finally he noticed that he go to the wrong room. I am tired and sicked and get up by doorbell at 1 am just because of "wrong number room"? What is happening with these people? 4. Only one card for access to my room? I stay here with my wife, but we have different plan, So I need 2 access card. But Receptionis told me that "there is only one access to one room and it is mercure policy". Really? Mercure Policy? Are you sure about these? I can asked to Accord Group to make sure about these, or should I put these complained to Trip Advisor?

Had a pleasant stay at mercute kuta beach bali. The location is in front of Kuta beach. 5 minute walk to the beachwalk mall. Clean rooms. The pillows and mattress are comfortable. What needs to be improved is the breakfast menu. I think there are not many choices. But Will be back for sure

Was nice and relaxed, i like the new rooms. Am still waiting for my accor points to be transferred. Had a few problems with the surfschool downstair. They didnt want a former employee teaching me surfing infront of the mercure. This prob seems to have blown over which makes my stay much more enjoyable.

I stayed here for 4 nights. I was charged twice for my booking and the hotel is aware of this and said they would organize a refund. 10 days later and no refund. They promoted a buy one get one free at reception for the Spa when I checked in, also later at a desk in the foyer promoted the same offer to me. When I went to book a massage I was not offered the buy one get one free as I was on my own. No where on the card did it say not applicable to single travelers. Pool opens at 7am and closes at 9pm. Giving them 10 hours for treating the pool. One morning at 7-30 it was still closed for treatment, and one afternoon it was closed by 5pm the sign saying for treatment but they were setting up for a party by the pool for a group so the pool was closed. I had to go to reception twice during my stay to get my room door unlocked as the key card would not open it. The room itself was very nice and the service from the staff was very good. I appreciated the room upgrade and the welcome I received from the staff.
