My stay here was nice, the view from the room (its alot better when u stay in the 1st floor like u have backyard on ur own), clean room, nice staff but terrible wifi ☹️I dont know about others, but i need to relogin whenever I open my phone and thats annoying, also the refreshment in my room (my mom said the sugar and tea was not in good condition when we arrive). But overall it was nice to stay here, hope to comeback here whenever i visit Palembang again.

Enjoy the stay in this Hotel and find it has a very friendly and help full staff. communication with phone operator was terrible as this lady did not understand any english and just forward my phone call to many other person. with the provided food at the Chinese Restaurant i was very dissatisfied as the taste is terribel and not referring to any chinese food.

Nice hotel with resort theme. All is good. The only annoying issue is the Waiter on restaurant (Ground Floor), During dinner they put me at the table, and never comeback with menu book, wait for 25 minutes and cancelled my dinner. Others just perfect!

It was great knowing that this hotel provide beautiful view and pools for family and kids. However, the Jacuzzi only allowed for +18 men only which in some other hotels the whirlpool are allowed for both men and women and young and adults without any limitation. That is something needs to be considered to make this hotel fully family friendly hotel

We had my sister's wedding at Novotel, Palembang. It was quite a big party, with over 1k guests to my estimation. Our family booked lots of rooms. My mom went to check on the rooms availability few times before d-day and allocate them accordingly for the convenient of everyone. However on the d-day itself, for some reason, a junior suite that we booked was taken by somebody else. It pissed us off for a few minutes because it was very unprofessional and showed some weaknesses on the booking system. How could this happened?

I visited Palembang to attend my cousin’s engagement party, most of my friends froM Palembang recommended me this hotel. It is obviously the biggest hotel in town, room was clean and spacious, staff were so helpful and friendly, and location was perfect for the occassion.
