1. Very, very poor internet reception and hard to get in. Over 2 days internet automatically kicked me out during browsing and also get the message "exceed limit" and if I want to logon to internet again, the provider asked to pay in order to get access; 2. Dirty shower curtain; 3. Very noisy air conditioning; 4. Bunk bed not clean up on second day as well as poor design/location of the bunk bed. The bunk bed design on top of the double bed and I hit my head few times.

Room was filthy. Shower looked like it had never been cleaned and was covered in mould. Shower curtain was mouldy. Bathroom door didn't close. Room was noisy, right next to the stairs, and cleaning cupboard. Fridge didn't work.

Couldn't even have a shower my room was 111 at casula there was no water pressure what so ever and the hot water was not even hot

Had to swap rooms as a window was broken then the room I moved to had a heater stuck on full! I have stayed there over 100 nights. It’s no frills but good location for me but needs a love of maintenance love

Too many things wrong with this place, too small, no lifts, no remotes for TV and air con. Breakfast on weekends finishes at 930. Gives the Accor brand a bad name, sorry.

Stayed a few times here, always issues. Ranges from Air con not working, No remote control for TV , Pillows not comfortable, dirty toilet, checked into the room when it’s not even done.
