I booked this hotel as I had an early flight the next morning. Check in was friendly and fast. After that it went down hill fast. Cleanliness of the room even for a budget hotel was below par. Dead mosquitoes all over the ceiling. General cleanliness could been better. Rooms are not sound proof. Shower drainage wasn’t working as it should. AC noisy and not cooling.

Arriving late, then leaving early next day meant an overnight stay and Ibis Hotel was a good, convenient and cost effective way to do just that. Room was too hot (but opening the window helped that) and after a good nights sleep and a nice simple breakfast we took the shuttle off to the train station which worked out well

The air conditioner in the room was not working .As the room is small, we could not sleep the whole night as it was so hot!

Good experience, the hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes from airport in the free shuttle. The room is of a good size, clean and quiet with all the basics for 1 night. The only slight negative is that the shuttle seems to only run every half hour and needs to be booked in advance to be guaranteed a spot. But maybe it’s more frequent in high season. Other than that, I would book again next time I am in Marseille.
