Fast efficient check in. Room basic but clean and has everything needed for an overnight stay. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and attentive. All in all very good and we will be back in the future. Airport shuttle reliable.

I stayed very briefly. The woman working reception was very helpful and friendly. She reminded me of the shuttle to the airport. I wish I had been reminded of it before my stay so I could have taken advantage of it on the way there.

Accomodation was good, as all the other Ibis. I was just a little bit disappointed, because a few months ago I was at the hotel and in the room there was one Nespresso machine. This time, the room didn't have. But this doesn't change the quality of the accomodation.

Nice place, nice bar, nice restaurant. Bar and restaurant personnel is a bit slow to respond. Reception desk is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and a bit worn. Overall good experience. I would come again.

We chose this hotel because we had to take a flight from Malpensa. The WiFi service was very good and the size of the room was comfortable The quality and the variety of the breakfast was below standard, for example Ibis Styles of Sallanches (near Chamonix) was way much better

« Not up to the standard I expect of an Ibis »

Simply not the standard of hospitality for a 'full Ibis'. Poor evening bar and 'late-eats' area - you could provide a much better environment to relax in, at a large international airport. Breakfast was poor - no hot buffet. Actually the cold breakfast buffet was much better at ibis budget Stuttgart City Nord the following day. Your hospitality vehicle, whilst eventually welcome, could be larger.

We felt two thin bath towels, no hand towels, no facecloth, was just a little bit miserable. We were surprised to be told the restaurant was closed for a large group. Luckily, we drove around and found a pleasant little restaurant a km away from the hotel and didnt have to go to bed hungry.

« Ibis Malpensa isn't like any other Ibis we've stayed before »

Entrance of the hotel was very dirty, sticky , spilled beverages. We arrived in a late flight very tired and needed a good sleep, but 8:40 am in the morning, the housekeeper not only was talking very loud in the hallway but also knocked at our door, waking us up. This hotel doesn't meet the level of other Accor hotels we've stayed before, on the opposite , is a below 3 stars hotel for us.

we used the hotel as a base to visit nearby lakes and cities... installation are very good... breakfast and dinner better than expected... all staff very professional and courteous... but I would like to mention especially Francesco Facchi… very near to Malpensa airport, hotel has a bus to take you there cheaply.... one of the best ibis we have been lately... and we have been to a lot in many countries...
