I've stayed in this property several times, but it had been about 5 years since my last visit. I select this hotel based on the location relative to the shopping mall as well as its close proximity to my work location in Santo Andre. I'm comfortable with the area and the building as far as security goes. I used dining as well as fitness facilities during this stay. The fitness area is small, but provides the basics needed to maintain a rhythm while on the road. A few more barbells would be appreciated. I had breakfast and lunch in the dining area. As always the food is well prepared and quite nice. The room was good as it also provided the necessary features for a business stay. The temperatures were a little cool, so the lack of heat was evident, but really not too bad.

Overall was ok but it could be much better. Wifi connection was too slow almost everyday, the breakfast is not that good, there are several items to choose from but mostly bread, cake and pastries, it also has some fruit, sausage and wet scrambled eggs. For dinner they cook with too much salt. No iron on the room, the TV is HD but with a low quality audio/video source. The minibar items were good. Another good point is that in just 5 minutes walking you would be at a restaurant on the shopping mall in front.

I have no time for a survey, but just one comment: for breakfast you have changed for a coffee machine. The coffee which comes out of it is simply not drinkeable. It tastes downright awful. Adding on that, one machine is not enough when there are a lot of people having breakfast. Otherwise I feel very satisfied with the hotel and its friendly presonnel.

The only part that I wasn’t pleased was with your breakfast , on my first morning , nobody was there or , actually one young man was in the bar area but not in re breakfast area where he should be , Jen was chatting with the security person but not replenishing food or nothing , scramble eggs were dry and attached to the bottom of the pan , no white cheese or croissants because most likely everything was gone! I was not impressed at all. Need to improve on that for sure. Thank you

The fridge was quite noise when it starts cooling. My room number was 706 (last floor). There was also another source of noise coming from the roof, maybe a air conditioning external engine?

Staff was awesome!! Rooms could use some updates (at least the second room I was in on the 7th floor). There is only one electrical outlet close to the bed and not easily accessible. This makes it hard for items needing charging during the night that you use for waking up or even watching movies on laptop or tablets. Had issues with the lights by the bed, they didn't work. Maintenance came in and fixed what they could. The bathroom door would not stay open. It would always close from gravity. Water pressure was an issue in the shower, not very high compared to the rooms on the 3rd floor. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. It would be great if the menu had more choices to choose from. Not just burgers and chicken, maybe add seafood, pasta, more meat selections and appetizers could use more choices as well.
