Surprisingly impressive

We stayed here on business in April. Location was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk from the station, right in the city centre, located next to some great bars and restaurants and with views over the harbor. Food was simple and just heated up but did the trick. The highlight however was Helen, the lady who checked us in and served in the restaurant. She was wonderful and the perfect host despite seriously multi tasking. We had a great deal which included dinner, breakfast, late checkout and prosecco. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for 4 nights, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Did not try the breakfast but my colleague did and that was not up to the standard expected (poorly selection) Shower was OK but the pressure was not that good, maybe due to this saving water - could have been a bit better. Water available on the room could also been preferable.
