« Comfortable, friendly weekend break »

Hotel is central to amenities. 5 min walk from bus/train stations and 2 min walk to cinema, bowling ally and Union Square shopping area. Located overlooking the harbour for great views. Very friendly staff who are more than happy to help with any queries. Would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Aberdeen for a break.

Welcoming staff. Only one man on reception at 9-30 when we arrived but he was extremely helpful. Check out time is good, not too early. Very clean. Single beds are a bit too narrow.

« To much noise »

Generally the staff and experience was good, but there was building work adjacent to the hotel so the chance of a nap prior to going out in the evening was zero and being woken at 8am by the same building work was unacceptable. Premier inn at least mail you and tell you the situation so you can cancel and rebook elsewhere

the reception staff were extremely helpful checking in, despite being slightly early, and with accessing online information. The rooms were clean and comfortable and despite being near the dock, relatively quiet. I have stayed in a lot of Ibis Hotels in the past year across the UK and Europe and found them all to be clean and the staff consistently helpful and well informed about local amenities. I always recommend staying in an Ibis to friends and family.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent but where was the porridge. The dinner menu sounded more like Italy than Scotland Also lack of phone in the room and WhatsApp is not suitable fkr an older prrson.h

« Very brief but very comfortable stay. »

My mum and I were only staying for one night but the receptionist who checked us in and attended to us later that evening could not have been more friendly and helpful. The location is very central and shops etc are all within walking distance. The views of the harbour were also very nice and room clean and comfortable. The only negative thing was that the cooked breakfast was cold when we got it.

Great. Very easy and efficient check in, really helpful and polite local staff. Very clean room and bathroom. The POD style bathroom and shower is memorable - a bit like being on an oil rig I imagine.
