What more can I say. Everything was upto expectation. Except for one thing. I noticed that they dont make the sheets. It was simply covered. So when I tried to get into bed it looked like someone else had slept in before me.

Clean room, quick check in, good breakfast. Enjoyed the kettle in the room. But bed duvet is too warm for a tropical country and there were no sheets available in the room. Light switch turned off all power, including the wall sockets!

I stayed in one of the new rooms with renovated bathrooms. Much better! But they have to change the key system, asap. The room keys stop work every 2-3 days.

« Parking service needs to be improved »

Parking service keeps asking if I was parking for the day. They use an old system with paper that needs to be presented at the car pick up and drop off. Very inconvenient if you need to park for 6 days and need to carry these papers all the time. It would be easy if the hotel and parking service communicate between them and organize a list of guest cars plate. The swipe card on the elevator was another disappointment. The reader on the left elevator never works. Also in the room card swipe was have a problem. I had to go back twice in the reception desk because I couldn't get access to my room. I had problem with mosquito in my room. I woke up at 4:30 am and need to fight to kill a mosquito in the middle of the night. Knowing São Paulo has problems with Dengue fever it is a major issue need to worry about mosquitos in the hotel room. Finally, I still waiting for the parking receipt. I was informed it would be sent to my email, but I haven't received it yet.

Hotel is situated in Paulista and you can easily walk to Extra which is 24 hr for supermarket. Room is not new and some under constructions. Bed sheet is not so clean. My room is 1102 which is in the corner which have a big balcony. Hotel doesn’t provide any toothbrush / toothpaste and don’t have any complimentary water. Accor member can get one free welcome drink.
