Reception Staff on arrival score a 20 out of 10!! Fantastic. This lady was truly amazing. Rooms are a little 'tired looking' but clean and they are in the process of renovating. Nights quiet so got a good night's rest. Breakfast has an array of food for all tastes, excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was also good and bar staff make great cocktails. Not so positive was after I'd signed a bar chit, staff ticked the 'tip' box when I'd moved to a lounge so did not see this - plus I actually tipped both girls before retiring that evening.

« Well located hotel with comfortable room and excellent dining facility. Support for our conference was great as well and advice during the state of emergency was supportive and accurate. »

The support staff from front desk ( who always printed my flight changes when the public printer failed) to the cleaning woman who was willing to let a jet-lagged guest sleep and postpone cleaning, to the great dining room staff that supported our meals including the conference crowd- everyone was great. I loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the variation in the foods, and the dedication of all involved.

« AN EXPERIENCE CUT SHORT BY EXTERNAL FORCES »

I should have been staying for 6 nights to attend a major conference. Unfortunately the conference was cancelled hours after I arrived in Santiago because of the protests and civil unrest and curfew. So I only stayed one night as I managed to get a seat on a flight back to Europe the next day. But the hotel could not be faulted. I had a superb welcome at the front desk. My room on the 6th floor was clean with a very comfortable large bed and a view across Vitacura to the Andes. Because of the 7.00pm curfew, I had dinner in the hotel restaurant - a well cooked filet mignon, fries and salad and a couple of glasses of Carmenere. The staff had not been home for over a day, staying the night at the hotel and working dinner and following breakfast shifts, all with a smile on their faces. I'd happily stay here again if I had a need to revisit Santiago. Weall done to Mr Luiz Segala and his staff. And when it came to my leaving the next day for the airport, the front desk had booked transport for me which arrived on time, and got me to the airport in double quick time. I was sad to leave, as the whole purpose of my 7000 mile flight had been cancelled and my plans to be a tourist for a couple of days were also in ruins.

« Not to my expectation. »

The room was dated, the bedding felt like hospital bedding, hard and uncomfortable. There was no bath plug in the bathroom, I had to request one from the front desk. The bathroom water was lukewarm, not hot enough to run a bath. Given the political unrest on that weekend, I understand that certain facilities could not be used, therefore I missed using the spa and swimming pool, but that is not the hotel's fault. However, the buffet breakfasts were outstanding! I would return just for that!

Overall reasonable . There was construction work going on which was not informed to me. i was too tired after a long trip and wanted to sleep but could not due to drill machine sound Other than that it was reasonable . Breakfast is great . Room and Bath room were ok .

I am an Accor Silver member so I stay in your hotels around the world a reasonable amount and I was quite disappointed on this occasion. The cleaning of our room was poor with only the toiletpaper being topped up, no additional shampoo or soap, the towels were neither refreshed nor neatly folded. The room did not look like in the photos on the website, it was dated and felt unclean.

« Not very comfortable hotel »

Rooms are really old fashioned, only the restaurant was updated . Bathroom small and slip . very noisy hotel ( during the day there is some construction inside and I was not aware about ) . Hotel is in front of major street construction that also makes noise. Hotel street is really crowded that difficulty transportation .

« Good location and service, facilities need updating »

Good experience. The room size was good but needs to be updated. Service was excellent and when they broke my aftershave they replaced it within hours for exactly the same one. People un reception and restaurant were friendly and efficient. Gym is very small, I do not know if you can call it a gym actually.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel with my family in August 2019. The staff was wonderful, the swimming pool was nice, big, and warm (36°C). Perfect for relaxing after spending a day walking around. We had lunch and dinner at the hotels restaurant and everything was delicious. The concierge helped us in everything we needed. Congrats!
