The reception staff is very nice and friendly, however they did not notice that I am Accor employee in system. Rooms are spacious and nice. The hotel is a bit far from the metro station.

The receiving receptionist was a bit short in communication. Also I missed the option to make a cup of tea in the room itself (water boiler or something). Location was good for my purpose of the stay in the hotel.

For the price I paid. I expected at least a decent night's sleep and a tranquil stay. The bedroom wasn't clean and there was no soap in the shower. The air con didn't work and instead of changing my room, the staff just opened the bedroom window (letting in the hot air from outside). Overall I had a terrible stay and more importantly sleep. Extremely let down.

Many thanks to the staff for comfort living. I reserved a standard single room, and was very glad to find a jong size bed in it. Belreakfasts were very tasty and delicious: eggs, omelet, vaffel, chees and yogurts. Good coffee is in the machine (it is important in the morning :) ) . Everyday cleaning , changing towels. Only one point - so strange not to provide any medicine (pills and others).
