« a standard quality in Monte Carlo »

No complaints . I am satisfied with the price and the services . Novotel remains always a good choice . Especially the garden with the pool is very pleasant this period , the starting of the summer , for a drink or a light dinner . The only essential notice I could make , is the increase of the variety of dishes that are offered in the room service .

Not too much to say as I was horribly delayed getting in and checked out the next morning quite early. Check in was fine and the room was fine (although didn’t get a welcome gift). Happy to stay again

Location, Service and room were very nice. The breakfast however was not good, largely not refilled and the breakfast service was lost.

« Moderate standard, very high price »

I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels; this was a similar standard with one or two embellishments, but while a HIE might cost €80 per night, this was €280. It was clean, functional and the staff professional, but simply was not worth the money.

Pros--Over-all good value for money.Nice location and facilities at hotel, helpful reception staff Cons--Breakfast experience chaotic as too many guests and two few members of staff, needed to ask staff to clean up table to take breakfast twice in same number of days.

I left my tickets to the tennis and your reception staff were very helpful getting them from my iPad and printing them out. Good service from Barstaff, very pleasant and remembered my drink the next day. The only real problem was the walk from the shuttle bus up the hill but I don't hold you responsible!
