Hotel is very very old. Worst value for money I have ever had. Poorly organised total room floor space. “Garden view” is to a wall. Rude off-hand check in staff. Dining room staff excellent.

Cleaning unsatisfactory - shreds were on the floor already when I overtook the room and they were not cleaned away over three days. Th sink in the shower did not work at all, you water spilled and whole bathroom got wet. No improvement over three days.

Five minute walk from Casino bus stop to the hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff on arrival. Comfortable room and good facilities. Plenty to see and do nearby, and lots of places to eat. Over all, a very good experience.

Firstly despite the fact that I arrived after 3 pm I was asked to wait in foyer for 10 minutes until my room was ready. One hour later I was still waiting so I went to the desk to see what was going on and they had forgotten me. No explanation about breakfast etc just given a key and told where to go. Spent one night by myself until my husband arrived and was only replenished one towel for two people. The room service trays were left sitting with uneaten food in our corridor for over 24 hours - absolutely disgusting!!! Our room was not cleaned one day and we know that that the make up room/do not disturb sign on the door had been swapped as someone had been in our room to put water in the refrigerator. Exceptionally poor overall only good thing were the cocktails in the bar.

A pleasant stay, the location is quite good that there is 3 mins walking distance from the train station. Staff were overall nice and friendly, however the room was lack of maintenance especially the bathroom, the floor still got wet even we close the shower door. Buffet breakfast venue has a good atmosphere, however with limited selection of food, it was only average. Anyway, I like the idea of “frying your own egg”! Thank you for your hospitality and I did have an enjoyable stay in Monte Carlo.

Our stay was not worth the money paid. The room was dirty. The hotel staff we felt were very rude. We were at the bar and waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order and waited a further 20 minutes to get it. We would never recommend this novotel and neither will we stay there next year.
