Best location in QT, attentive, efficient happy staff, comfortable beds, spacious hotel. Perfect for groups, very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely my favorite hotel in QT. Close to everything, so easy. Valet parking excellent value.

This is my first time for Winter Pride and first stay with Novotel Queenstwon. This was a perfect stay that anyone could needed. Great location, friendly staff, LGBTQ+ friendly, Guest Relations team led by Rachel are awesome. Made us felt so welcoming and friendly. Everything was perfect during our stay. Rachel, the guest relations manager was phenomenal and made sure we celebrated our special moments well and that it was a memorable one. The hotel has an outstanding location and excellent staff. But our three nights' sleep in room 365 were ruined by stomping and creaking from the floor in the room above. The noise happened every time someone walked across the room (presumably in room 465). Unfortunately, our neighbours above were up at all hours. We were woken one more at 2.15am and on another occasion at midnight and 6.50am. Presumably, they were young skiers on a party trip. We did report the problem on after the first night and sympathetic staff offered us a replacement room. But I was travelling with two extra suitcases of camera equipment for a wedding. We opted to stay in the hope the noise was a one-off. It wasn't. Your room rates are not cheap. No one should be put in room 365 until you have checked the ceiling and located the problem. It will affect every future guest.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations in some areas - we apologise that this was the case. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We acknowledge your comments about sound proofing in room 365 and the noise of the guests about and are sorry that you were inconvenienced in this manner. I have requested that our Chief Engineer research the comments and look at anything we can do to remedy the issue - To my knowledge while we have the occasional issue with sound from rooms that are particularly noisy we have not had on going issues in any one room. In hindsight it may have been better to avoid the issues by moving rooms but we appreciate that this is not that helpful after the fact and we are sorry that you enjoyment of the hotel was impacted by this issue. It was good to hear that other aspects of your stay were enjoyable and we hope that you will come back to see us again - if you are back this way please let me know and I will do all that I can to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay. We stayed with our two children for one week and had a great time. Staff were amazing and friendly at all times. Breakfast buffet was great value as kids ate free and loved the fresh juice and omelettes. Room was good, but bathrooms a bit dated.
