Rachael and sharon were amazing and made us feel so welcome! They were fantastic and in fact all the staff were so friendly. The laundry service was perfect and nothing was too hard! We were looked after by the activities guys and concierge with our skis too.

My partner and I enjoyed our trip, and we decided to stay at the Novotel on Queenstown as I’ve previously have been a guest. We loved our room views! The hotel is also very convenient and a great place to relax. A couple of disappointing aspects though is that room service knocked on our door at around 8-8:30am almost every morning, this I thought was fairly early. It would be great if this service only commenced after 9am. I was also charged for my breakfast deal twice, which I only realised once I had departed the hotel. As I was flying internationally, I didn’t have time to let someone at the hotel know this had happened. I would recommend you provide guests with a breakdown of costs when charging them at check out - the receipt alone doesn’t provide this and I hadn’t remembered at the time that I had paid for this upfront.

Stay could not have been better. Check in was smooth, room was spacious, clean, very well equipped and comfortable. New TVs are a quantum leap up from the old ones. Food and service all top class. Again, thank you Novotel.

From the moment we walked in the door, the ladies at the counter made us feel like old friends. So warm and welcoming and friendly. I stayed only for a night passing by Queenstown from Invercargill. It is still is the best location. The Spa was very helpful. Very good food at Elements!

Our room was ready upon our early arrival which was so convienient! It was my partners birthday and to our surprise the hotel left a lovely gift and a card which was very kind and we are very greatful! The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had as there was so much variety! The location is perfect and everything is so walkable ! Thank you for a great experience !

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everyone was warm and welcoming. No request was trouble. Very welcoming to the LGBTI+ community. Restaurant was of very high quality - meal was delicious. Housekeeping staff did a great job to keep the room spick 'n span.

Had a good stay at the hotel. Was kindly created when we checked in and from desk always said hello when walking out and back into the hotel. We stayed in room 206 and rooms were great. The guests next door in room 204 were very noisey during our stay throughout the nights. Had to call up 2 of the 4 nights to make a complaint about loud music and also yelling and screaming. One of the other nights we stayed someone else must have complained as they were very loud! They did turn music down after being told by hotel staff to keep it quiet but after they had been told still were noisey and made it hard to sleep.
