The hotel representatives at check-in were efficient and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very pleasant. My only source of dissatisfaction was that a heat wave in the second half of April made my room extremely uncomfortable at a time when the hotel's air conditioning system hadn't yet been activated.

Nice hotel, near the St Pnacras train station and King’s Cross subway. We got a deluxe suite which is quite large by London standards. Breakfast is great.

As we came early around 9am, our room was not ready and we had to take a quick shower at the gym which was quite tight as there was only 1 unisex shower. When we finally got our upgraded room (Deluxe room with city view), it was well worth the wait. Room is spacious with a great view of the Shard and London Eye in the distance. Staff were attentive and warm. Food at the main restaurant was good too.

« Great hotel stay for 3 nights »

Location is fantastic (next to St Pancras train station). Staff is warm and very attentive. It's unfortunate that our room was not available early since hotel was full. Had to go to the hotel gym to shower after our flight arrived at 7am. Hotel gym only had 1 unisex shower which was challenging. We upgraded our room to the Deluxe City view room which was well worth it. Level 16, with fantastic view of The Shard + London Eye. Will definitely stay in this hotel next time I'm in London and book the same room type.

« All around great experience at the hotel. »

We arrived from Liverpool at Euston train station - just a short 3-4 block walk to the hotel. Two tube stations nearby. Room very comfortable and nicely decorated. No view from our 3rd floor room but there is a great view of the city from the 16th floor as you step out of the elevator. Had dinner a few blocks away at Camino, an excellent Spanish tapas restaurant. Boots pharmacy just a couple of block away. The breakfasts at the hotel were outstanding - including high quality pastries and an excellent assortment of fresh fruit

It was good experience. Room was a good size and clean - lighting was good and curtains made it dark, bathroom was a good size as well and products were nice to use. Breakfast was enjoyable although the room was a bit cold. Food - good variety and choice.

« Good stay for two people but not for four due to a very unconfortable sofa bed »

The stay was overall good, the main bed was comfortable. However, the sofa bed was terrible. It had a hole in the middle. It would not even be confortable for one person, and we were two - one adult and one child. The location and the breakfast were great, nice staff.

Quick and convenient check in. Checked in en route between meeting and dinner so did not even have time to leave case in room. Staff very kindly delivered to my room and it was waiting there when I got back later. These are the little touches that make the difference and encourage me to stay here again.

Ok room, and over all nothing major. However, as you have asked... I'm a heavy sleeper, and didn't go to bedtill 12.15, but quite noisey from pub and early crashing about on the street. Bed not very comfortable and lumpy matress. And lovely shower but soooo slippery. Used mat but not long enough and was super slippery. Soya milk great. But no soya yogurt. But lovely fruit.

Hotel is a decent 4 star, not necessarily anything to write home about looks or facility wise but the staff are what makes it stand out. They are very professional and make you feel like true valued guest. Everyone from the doormen, checkin team and waiting staff were very welcoming, polite, assertive and efficient. Personally that makes a difference to me when travelling on business. Top notch service - well done to the Pullman team!
