Except for its location next to St Pancras, this establishment has nothing to do in the Pullman portfolio. Service is terrible, staff are not close to understanding « customer satisfaction ». Need an overall change of staff and organization.

« Returned again but not as expected »

We chose to return to the Pullman again - great location and clean and tidy hotel. Friendly staff, efficient and helpful. The beds are so comfy and the rooms are designed perfectly for everything you need. Slightly disappointed this time on arrival...we arrived around 11am when our room obviously wasn't ready. As returning guests, we were asked what floor and whether to look out back or front. We opted for high overlooking the main street. When we arrived back at 4pm we were given a disabled room on a high floor with interconnecting door right near the lift overlooking the other side. The view wasn't an issue but why do hotels feel a need for interconnecting doors? We asked to move rooms but where told there was nothing on a high floor without a connecting door yet on our previous two stays there was no door!! It was a shame, we ended up on floor 2 with the gesture of free mini bar. Slightly disappointed which is a shame as we were really looking forward to going.

It's an expensive but very well located hotel. The not so good encounters are that I asked for a high floor when I booked and got given the 3rd floor on the road side. The housekeeper came in to replenish the minibar as we were relaxing in the room ( he knocked before entering). Breakfast was good with a wide selection of hot and cold items. The front desk were welcoming and accommodating.

We enjoyed excellent service again at the Pullman London, nicely appointed rooms, good food and a congenial atmosphere. The staff go out of their way to respond to clients needs, courteous, helpful and pleasant. Nice to see hotel smile while doing their job, missing so often in other places. The views from our 14th floor rooms were stunning at night.

I checked into a deluxe room, via Tim, your fremch accented Guest Relations Manager. I was wished a happy engagrmrnt and even though the original room number I was in was no ready, an alternative was found without even a hint of a prompt. The room was large, spacious, clean and comfortable and as an added treat, som sweet canapes were brought to the room along with a congratulatory note on the engagement from TIm. Even though we were staying to watch a musical and did not dpend overly long in the room, we did vist the bar, which was superb. Drinks were brought to the table and I was told to sit down every time I approached the bar which I think was wonderful. A Real emphasis on relaxation. Your Bar Manager / SUpervisor (the one with a wondeful ginger moustache and beard) was king and approachable and we had an extremely good chat on cocktails and what cocktails they were. It was just generally a wondefully plesant experience from start to finish and I will definitley return again without hesitation.

On check out the person checking us out was rude, we informed the gentleman that the fridge had stopped working so things were warm, he asked if it had worked at all, we were unsure as had only tried to use it the Saturday evening, the gentleman checking us out looked at our booking and then replied Oh you're on a friends and family rate, what does this have to do with anything, is he trying to imply that we couldn't afford your hotel if we had to pay full price or that as we had a special rate it shouldn't matter the fridge does not work. We stayed at your hotel last year too and all staff were great. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and did not find it necessary to comment we were on a friends and family rate.

Who ever designed the bedrooms has never stayed in them. Trying to dry your hair, sit to put on makeup or take a shower in the skating rink that says it's a shower is nearly impossible. Location is useful. That's about it

This is a wonderful business style hotel, great location, good size clean rooms with the benefit of a gym. Sadly I cannot give the restaurant such a good review. Very rude waiting staff who took the order wrong. The kitchen was very slow, even though the restaurant was only at 10% capacity and we ordered very simple food it took nearly one hour for it to arrive to then discover it was incorrect - we didn't worry about asking them to remake it. No concession was made on the bill to reflect this and we were even charged the compulsory service charge - I have a principle that I do not make a fuss in these type of instances I just 'vote with my feet' and do not come again.

Friendly, warm, caring staff. It was my birthday during my stay and I mentioned this on my return to the hotel when asked by Tomas about my day; later that evening a birthday treat was delivered to my room. This was a delightful surprise and made my day perfect. Thank you! Breakfasts are amazing with such a wide variety of fresh foods........ and loose leaf tea served in a tea pot! My very favourite way to start my day.
