Jackie checked me in early and was able to find me a room at 10am. Having just flown for 24 hours from Australia this was amazing because I desperately needed to shower and rest. She was so lovely and friendly and I really enjoyed meeting her. The rain shower was amazing after a long flight and brought me back to life enough to go for a walk. I had some food off the room service menu that was pretty good for lunch as well and the tea was very good. It was very well located for my train at Euston the next morning and check out was very quick and painless. My only negative feedback really is that the milk is UHT and I'd prefer real milk in the room! Apart from that everything else was very good.

The staff were so kind and attentive. Nereida was especially lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had a lovely touch when we arrived at our room with a ‘good luck’ message which was so touching and amazing. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. The rooms were clean and tidy and luxurious. The view was stunning. Overall we had an amazing time and was the perfect place to stay; especially as our last name is Pullman! Could not fault the hotel or the staff!

Great stay overall ! Welcoming staff, comfortable room, enjoyable bar... Ideally situated within a 5-minute walk to Kings Cross / St Pancras stations. View from the landing on the 15th or 16th floor are breathtaking, and rooms around the back are soooo quiet One thing I have noticed from my numerous stays at the Pullman... quality of cooked food for breakfast seems to be going downslope (over the past 12-18 months). Maybe you should look into that as a bad breakfast makes for grumpy customers !

The rooms are comfortable, but so are rooms are much lower price points. There are commitments to reducing environmental impact, but on entering the room there is a key card already in the slot and all lights, TV and electronics are switched on with the air con at 17 degrees - very hypocritical. The location is incredibly noisy.

i have stayed at this hotel a fair few times over the years. Never had cause to complain. But, .....had a bar meal, two of us, Saturday night, which was a bit bizarre. Ordered starters, one of which was mushroom arancini. Waited, longer than you would expect, amount of time. Then, all action, from one side the mains arrived, from the other, one of the starters. Mains then whisked away and the one starter placed on table. We informed we had order mushroom arancini. Short while later a small bowl of sautéed mushrooms arrived. Not consumed. Mains arrived and polished off. Asked for mushroom starter to be removed from bill. Was informed the reason for the problems were the "one who took the order is not one of us". Now, what happened, gave us a good laugh, but not everyone would see it the same.

First time at the St Pancras Pullman, which I chose because I really enjoy the brand. The expectations were met: the room was spacious and very clean, the bed big and comfortable, my preferences were respected (high floor, etc). I greatly appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room and the very nice toiletries. The bath robe could have been a bit bigger, but this is really a detail. The staff at check-in (and out) were friendly, smiling and helpful. A particularly positive mention for Diana, who helped me during check-in and for a coupl requests I made from the room, and suggested a great restaurant. Will definitely recoomend and repeat.

It is a great hotel. The hotel team and staff went extra mile for me, I asked for something small to surprise my Mother in Law for her birthday and I got way more than I expected. We went to see the Phantom of the opera, and we got the cake with the Panthoms face on the cake. My Mother in Law, showed the picture to nearly everyone who were at the theater.
