« Luxury hotel, helpful, friendly, staff, gorgeous room. »

We really enjoyed our short stay. The large room was beautifully clean, well- equipped, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Some visitors were less polite, expecting immediate service, despite our short queue, and the staff dealt with this very well. The bar was a pleasant environment for one last drink when we returned to the hotel in the evening, and I enjoyed watching the world go by on Euston Road the next day from the tables near the window.

The hotel was lovely and of a high quality. We stayed in a junior suite I was disappointed there was no bath tub and the 2nd bed was a pull out sofa bed. I expect a little more with a room rate of £505 per night ! The staff and food were excellent

Really comfortable and relaxing stay. Had some room phone issues on our last night (it started ringing at 03:00 and then intermittently until 07:00 when I took the batteries out) A couple of occasions when someone (an employee) knocked and then entered the room randomly, even after the room had been cleaned. Apart from that, a good overall stay.

My first night in my room I noticed a few things wrong. The curtains wouldn't open and the hair dryer did not work. I requested to have this fixed while I was out of my room all day. I was told upon my arrival that everything was fixed in my room. When I arrived at my room, the curtain was not fixed and the hair dryer was still in the box and wrapped up to the point it was unusable. When I complained for the second time the managers were very apologetic and everything was fixed that day! The staff at the front desk and the managers were AMAZING! I will be traveling back to London for work in March and have requested to stay at the Pullman again :)

The hotel was incredible, service and cleanliness. However, housekeeping opened the door whilst we were in a very intimate position. I felt like this was inappropriate and should not have happened. There needs to be communication between reception and housekeeping so that this uncomfortable situation does not happen again.

I booked the room for myself as I was having surgery at the nearby hospital. I arrived earlier than the check in time but was gladly informed that the room was ready for me. The lady at reception was so helpful and understanding of my situation. Everything was done with ease. Later that evening I ordered room service online and I have to say it was one of the best meals I have ever had; the service was so quick too. I would definitely recommend the steak! Due to me having surgery my Mother joined me in London the following day as she was going to stay with me the night I was discharged. She agrees that her experience was also lovely. The room was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. My recovery from surgery took longer than expected meaning that I had to stay in hospital for a day and a half longer than intended; we had only booked the room for two nights with a scheduled train home. We had managed to change our train tickets and after explaining the situation to the hotel the manager who my mother spoke with was extremely kind and offered us the use of the room until 9pm on our last day rather than the usual check out time. This was the biggest help to us and we are both extremely grateful for such a kind gesture! It meant that my mother could stay with me in hospital until I was ready to be discharged without having to worry about packing up the room or checking out. Thank you again Pullman hotel for a great experience. I will definitely be staying here again.

I booked Pullman mostly based on the convenient location which turned out to be a very smart choice. The staff were very helpful at check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was fantastic (best I had in London).

This is my 2nd/3rd stay at hotel and I was disappointed with a number of things: 1. service in bar area was very slow. 2. My shower temperature control did not work and was unbearably hot. I reported this to Reception but it was not fixed. 3. Room was hot and I could not reduce temperature, not sure if thermostat was operated correctly, despite following instructions.
