Smart choice economy hotel, open to everyday adventurers

Welcome to our Ibis Budget hotel located 10 mins from the historic center, at the gates of the Lot and the Dordogne. Easy access via the A20 motorway, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also share our private car park with the Courtepaille restaurant. By car from Toulouse or Paris via the A20 motorway, take exit 51 and then follow signs to Périgueux. We are half a mile from the exit.

Our hotel has rooms for 1 to 5 people at an economical price, ideal for solo travelers or groups. For work or pleasure, with family, friends, or sports teams. Reception is open from 6.30am to 1pm and 4 to 9pm weekdays and 7.30am to 12pm and 5 to 9pm weekends. Outside these hours, don't panic: an automatic terminal at the entrance of the hotel will check you in and can be used to make reservations as well.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast OK. The automated booking in process was poor. The room allocated was very small and shoddy and in need of an overhaul. I have stayed in several Ibis budget hotels and sadly the hotel at Brive is by far the worst.
