Due to circumstances outside our or IBIS's control, we had to cancel our accomodation within 25 minutes of arrival, obviously not having used the facilities at all. The management was unable neither to reimbourse us costs for the stay, not even a non-consumed breakfast the other morning or equally a non-utilised '"taxe de sejour". These last two items constitute the minimum we were ecpected to regain. This is on top of waiting app. 15 minutes after arrival (not included in our overall "stay" of 25 minutes) for someone to turn up at the reception desk - despite several mobile phone calls on our behalf to the phone number provided - or our special request for a "quiet" room, only to find us allocatd next to the laundry room and the elevator. An overall experience I certainly do not want ro come across ever in my life if at all possible.

No toilet

Hotel is fine for a short overnight stay and is clean. Our room advertised having a toilet in and once in the room we only had a shower and no toilet and no toilets in the corridor. We wasn't told in check in that this was the case and on our booking it said it included it.

Great overnight stay

Clean modern hotel, ideal for an overnight stay whilst travelling through France with our dog. The 2 guys on reception were friendly and welcoming, providing info on what’s nearby and offering to make a reservation if we wanted in any of the nearby places to eat.
