« Good business hotel close to city center »

Conveniently place at 5 min walking distance from city center the Novotel provides large rooms with all the amenities for a business traveller: fast wifi free, lots of power outlet throughout the room, large bathroom and a fitness center and swimmimg pool.

« Late Night Noise »

I only booked here due to only place available for my selected dates and although the reception staff were helpful and pleasant, check in and check out felt very rushed. I wasn't given a chance to check items on my bill before payment was being requested. The bar food was lovely (I didn't go into the restaurant as I was working whilst eating) but the breakfast is a bit chaotic with not much explanation of where you can sit, beverage you would like to have etc. Food was nice though with eggs being cooked freshly upon request Room was nice and spacious & bed was comfortable and firm. Unfortunatel,y I was kept awake throught my first night due to doors banging loudly by neighbouring guest who I can only assume was drunk as this was on-going for approx 15 minutes followed by a dog howling and barking in the room opposite mine. I do believe I was just unlucky on my stay as these were things the hotel couldn't really do much about. I would stay again however, it's not a hotel I would openly choose above others - especially for the price which I don't think was representative of the establishment

We have visited Novotel in Wurzburg several times. This is our favorite hotel in town. After all these years we get to know Jenny who works in the restaurant. Her service is allways super. If there is anything to put a finger on it might be that some rooms need a renovation.

Ok-ish. It was not bad but als not special. The hotel noisy, rooms warm, no extra pillows. The breakfast was ok. The parking was full and we had to park in a public parking which was not guarded. It was also not mentioned that the minibar was free.

I would have rated our a stay a 10, but for an issue when we requested an extra glass, tea bags + a corkscrew (there were 2 of us in the room but glassware was set up for one), housekeeping knocked sharply on the door and to our complete surprise, barged straight in. Attitude was very abrupt and unfriendly, (which was in total contrast to the rest of the staff) and we seemed to have to justify the request and that it was an inconvenience to have to provide it. Everything else about our stay ie location, room, staff, restaurant, quality of restaurant meals and breakfast was outstanding.

Friendly, helpful staff (we booked last minute via telephone and could arrange a room with connecting doors for us). Nice gesture to welcome us with free of charge drinks. Nice, spacious rooms - clean, but a bit worn out. Only the breakfast is not worth 19 Euro. It could be more creative, more trendy and the quality of the ham, sausages and cheese could be better. Also, there is a queue at the coffee machine because there is only one.

Hotel was wonderful, clean and great breakfast. Restaurant had great food only service was slow and meal took a long time to reach the table. Maybe under staffed during Christmas period? Otherwise an overall perfect night.
