« Getting old.... »

This hotel was used to be pretty new and modern. Now I see their bedroom amenities are being tired. The bed is worn out, the shower head is broken, tv won’t turn on. Time for repair and refresh. Their service is still good. I think the NH hotel nearby can be a real threat for this hotel, except for the parking.

the rooms were lovely. the event team did a good job for us on the day - just a couple of things I would improve, but these are minor - flowers on tables were dead and needed removing / replacing before delegates arrived - There was some confusion on the agenda timings despite having emailed in advance - there was no labelling on the food of what everything was which made it hard for our vegetarian guests to know what was ok to eat - we had to chase reception to get the signage up for our event on the morning so please would know which room to go to the staff were very helpful and friendly, the bar staff were particularly good service and so were reception too. the overall experience was very positive indeed. I would definitely return and hold more events here in the future.

We had a great time over all, the restaurant with its great food... But two things let our experience down. 1. Parking was charged but when making the booking nothing was mention about the addition cost. 2. As we were catching an early flight, we requested 2 breakfast boxes, which in one we requested no cheese but both came with cheese... very disapointed of the content of the boxes which contained: an Apple, a sandwich, a chocolate bar, a roll without butter or jam compliments, a yogurt, nothing to drink, no juice or even water and the excessive charge of 54€ which let our experience down in a very big way.

Very nice hotel, close to city center, shopping area and restaurants. Lovely design in the room (the lamp os great once you figure out how to program). Perfect pillows and a huge breakfast (in case you order the American breakfast in the room). Overall an excellent stay

I was not pleased at all this time. First I realize early check in's are difficult to manage, but the desk agents really did not convey their support. Even after I finally got a room, they never told me breakfast was included, I missed it the whole week. But I appreciated the apples in the lobby. The room and beds were very clean so the maid service exceptional. I would suggest that all desk agents be reminded that even if customers come early, a nice smile and warm we are doing our best to secure your room would be nice. I found them distant and really didn't care, while I was one of the first to arrive early, they checked in all those that proceeded me (at least 10 others) and shared, well "their room was ready" ... "yours is not" - I asked then if I could have a different type of room, only then after $30 more euro's did I get a room - had I know when I arrived I would of had it 4 hrs earlier... so to me, the desk agents did not take good care of me ... and its was not a good experience.

The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. The only improvement I can think of is the maid service. They were slow to clean the rooms.

The road in front of the hotel was blocked off, no warning of this, no deviation signs. Check-in online left only a form to sign on arrival. No further information provided, just asked when we wanted dinner. Everyone seems to speak English in this hotel. Some of the staff appear to not even speak Dutch! Room fine. Bathroom small, cramped showering in a bath!! Little notice in the room pointing out that there are 2 bottles of free mineral water per stay which you can find in the mini bar. Nice touch and we are happy to make use of that and the possibility of making tea in the room. Not happy with invoice: charged 2x EUR 4 for the water and no invoice made up in name of company as requested in advance. After 48 hours still no reply to my mail about the invoice, no adapted invoice, nothing. Disappointing!!!

Due to my work, i need to travel frequently to Eindhoven & this was the first opportunity with Pullman. Must day, one of the best in Eindhoven with almost all facilities under one roof. Proper Hygiene is maintained, by making sure guest rooms are arranged daily. I would also like to do a special mention to all housekeeping staffs, they are very prompt on their duty & make sure, room is prepared well for guest.
