Regular visitor. Fairly standard. Bathrooms could probably do with a really good clean. TV is locked so am unable to view channels I wished to see. Maybe someone needs to gonand update all the channels on the TVs

Whilst the room was clean, yet very small, other guests interrupted our sleep by drinking, smoking and being loud outside in the carpark. We checked in about 6pm but did not go to our room as we already had plans for the evening, we returned approximately @ 10:30pm. We had a big day planned after staying at your hotel and we used your establishment due to its location and its proximity to where we were needing to be to maximise the amount of sleep we could have, I feel we would have been better driving the 90 minutes home and 90 minutes back the next morning due to the lack of sleep we had.

Good. Have used your facility many times and very happy. Hate cardboard cups, bring my own mug each visit + spoon. Would love a second seat/chair to watch tellie. Very happy with convenience and closeness to RBWH.

1. the windows have air vents that cannot be closed so its cold at night when the air comes in. need to use the heater to keep warm 2. the fridge motor is loud 3. some room bathroom drains smell 4. no decent Chanels on the tv

The price was good and it was within walking distance to my conference. Located on a main road made the room very noisy. The room was small, but that was okay. The bathroom was small and the shower was tiny. It would've been much better had their been shampoo available as I never travel with it (expecting hotels to have this available). It was good that there was a simple breakfast available.

When we arrived in Brisbane looking to check in I couldn't phone the business directly to check on check in. But it went to message bank and advised that the opening hours of the business were limited during the day. This was a bit panicky.

this was for a hospital visit. the room itself was great but the ensuite was a little small. Toilet paper was impossible to use where situated no where to put tooth brush etc. Overall very clean and I no impossible to change the ensuite size but would still recommend to people to stay there. The receiption was very good and he has customer service skills which is really nice.

« A bit noisy at night when guests let their doors slam, 2 nights were after midnight! »

Beautiful clean comfortable bed, great TV, a bit difficult to fill the kettle in bathroom, shower pressure kept reducing so necessary to keep adjusting taps. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. As above after midnight other guests were allowing door to slam, not just once but several times. This is not necessary and perhaps a sign on doors requesting that they close them quietly would suffice.
