In general pleasant. Except : 1- Bed mattresses not comfortable. 2- When complained to hotel staff they offered a room change but the problem remained. 3- In the swimming pool you had no drying facilities for the swimming suites before returning to the room.

In Germany all cars have to have these stickers by law. They have different colours depending how clean they are. In most cities you need the green standard. Pre-check in online didn't work and had to be redone when we arrived. Great location close to main train station but very quiet. Very comfortable beds. Air-conditioning was quiet and efficient on lowest setting. Windows could be opened, a huge plus. A couple of issues: the sofa bed, when extended, blocked the path almost completely through the room and made it very difficult to get to the bathroom, especially in the middle of the night. Also, hotel breakfast was expensive however there is a supermarket 3 minutes walk away where we got fresh rolls, ham and cheese for a fraction of the cost.

Overall great hotel. Clean, convenient for my needs, large room, good bed, good shower, staff was fine. Two minor complaints: overpowering 'air freshener' fragrance in the entrance vestibule and lobby, and I had to re-login to the wifi every day. Will stay again.

For me, small things will make difference, like making bigger the dinner menu, focus on the gym (too tight and warm) and the most important thing is cleanness. I stayed twice with a week between visits and I found the bathroom dirty.
