Greeted with very welcoming smile and attitude by concierge staff. My request for an early check in was no problem. Hotel in a great location with Beach, cafes, and boardwalk metres away. Kids loved the ocean view balcony, room and amenities clean and fresh.

The rooms need furnishing. It felt empty and 3 star at best. The pop and spa area terrible with the spa half full and needing a clean. The parking as a guest should not be $60!!!!!!! For 1 night! This was our anniversary night and it didn’t even come close to living up to expectation

Very good, except I was unable to use the shower. I have a leg problem which made it too risky to clamber into the bath tub in order to access the shower. Do you have any rooms with a more accessible shower?

I waited 3 1/2 hours for my room to be ready and had an early check in flagged ahead of time. My room was not cleaned one of the days of my stay. My phone was broken. The coffee machine was broken in the restaurant upon checkout. The kitchen as out of avocado, when I was told they in fact had it. I received only a drink voucher for my inconvenience, however, was then told I could not order Pinot Noir with the voucher. Overall I felt the hotel was managed in a very amateurish way. I expected more from a Novotel.

We stayed in Novotel manly for 1 night in between a visit to the zoo and a big family catch up with interstate relatives. Upon checkin Sam and her colleagues on the front desk made me feel completely welcome, and even went above and beyond sending up a welcome note and drink plus toys for our son!! We were so impressed and have told many family and friend members since. It’s so rare to have a great customer service experience. I’m still lost for words for how amazing they were!! My 2 year old son loved his toys and the stay also. Really friendly, beautiful staff.

Greeted as if I was checking into a government facility with a requirement to prove my identity with my drivers licence. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and universally they welcome you as a guest who they are happy to have in their establishment. Novotel treats you like they are doing you a favour by letting you stay.

« Stayed with my granddaughter and we loved this hotel. »

Very nice. Room was lovely overlooking the esplanade. Very clean and quite roomy. Fairly quiet too. Feel the hotel is looking a bit tired. Could do with a facelift, new paint and carpets. Would also have loved better coffe in the room. Maybe small coffee machine or plunger? I would have been happy to supply my own ground coffee. Otherwise we had a lovely stay with friendly staff and the room was cleaned well.
